With nothing coming back in the post or by email, I saw great danger that the matter is being left for the Algarve holiday next year when I would be denied the use of my British Passport, so I posted the above email with the covering note: ‘We Hindus in the United Kingdom are indeed second-class citizens with no rights of appeal, protest or activism’ so politically: quite evidently’ so that the Home Office cannot escape from making a decision ahead of those holidays planned and neither would the Portuguese, Cypriot and Indian authorities. The Court of Appeal or the Civil Appeals Registry or the Central London County Court still has up till 5.00 pm today to make a decision. After that my lfe will move on without any Court proceedings under Appeal of the Claim decision of District Judge Lightman dated 21 June 2021 under E35YM660.
