In the absence of an acknowledgment from HealthWatch Kent that followed the referral by the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman as linked here: PHSO Case Ref: C-2093076 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) the only course left for me is to approach the Samaritans who had responded presumably on its behalf:

Dear Jo
Thank you for pointing me to the Samaritans website. I created an Account and did a technique testing exercise. It was good.
Yes I have completely stopped all my legal involvements except that I have to attend the Trial Hearing of 10 November 2023, 2 pm or decisions could be taken in my absence since Olives Solicitors have not confirmed to me that it i will represent me, If I do not attend, a warrant could be issued for my arrest and that is the last thing that I want happening to me and my family.
So that is the only certain thing that I would do to tie up loose ends on the legal front.
What do you think?
I stay calm. these days.

Hello Shantanu.
You say that you have decided to terminate all legal involvements to live a quiet life with your medications in order to get better.
How do you feel about things now that you have made this decision?
And you are also considering a holiday. That sounds like a good plan. Perhaps this will allow you a slower pace of life.
You have asked us for recommendations of websites that you might find helpful. Have you looked at the Samaritans Self Help App which you can find here:
