State-persecutor sends Dr Shantanu Panigrahi a criminal anonymous email

For the persecutor who sent me a criminal anonymous email yesterday evening at around 8.30 pm (UK-Time) that I deleted from my Gmail inbox, all mail and Bin folders, I would ask you to try again with better chance of success; for I have succeded in disposing off the criminal proceedings against me with the linked correspondence: Disposal of criminal proceedings (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com ) .

I have no bail currently imposed on me by Kent Police with the disposal of its revived attempt to manipulate proceedings accordingly, and equally, I have no Summons Referral to Medway Magistrates Court outstanding for 10 November 2023, 2 pm Trial Hearing

This matter is far from having been resolved: I have not had my complaints against Kent Police, the Office of Police Commissioners, Samaritans, Britton House considered in bits and pieces let alone a comprensive account of how the terrorism was mounted on me in an organised manner which could only be by a State-persecutor as I allleged. You should have contacted Olive Solicitors who were the Duty Solicitors appointed to act on my behalf in connection with these matters.
