The Circuit Judge
Central London County Court
Your Honour
The final pieces of the jigsaw have fallen into place this evening so that there is no need to wait for the attached Hearing (CenLonCtyCrtNOTICE OF HEARING OF APPLICATION.pdf) to be resumed to consider my Claim of £100 million in damages and compensation from the Treasury of the United Kingdom; the details that I have journalistically uncovered as linked here:
Automatic reply: EXTERNAL - Matter referred to Kent Police for Investigation of Criminal Manoeuvres (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/automatic-reply-external-matter-referred-to-kent-police-for-investigation-of-criminal-manoeuvres
Query on my Membership of the Labour Party: Is it resolved? (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/query-on-my-membership-of-the-labour-party-is-it-resolved
Hence, the summary as is appropriate linked here: Shantanu, see how much you could borrow (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/shantanu-see-how-much-you-could-borrow
Your Honour ,I have paid £432 in Court Fees to HMCTS for this Appeal Hearing, and would expect the Judicial process to consider the matter without any further delay because procrastination is the thief of time.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Dear Sirs
With reference to the assessment by Professional Standards Department of the Complaint under CO/999/23 as subsequently elaborated to PC Nichols and desktopintestigationteam of Kent Police, I thought it best to have the Circuit Judge clarify to me that CLAIM E35YM660 is no longer under Judicial Scrutiny so that you may be free of this hindrance to conduct your important work. I would think that consideration of due acknowledgement of the complaint proceedings solely at Kent Police is under way, unless the Court of Appeal under CA-2023-000750 decides that it is running the show by 12.00 noon today.
If we do not receive an emailed reply from the Court of Central London by noon today, and there is to be no Quality Assurance Processing of the E35YM660 by the North Kent Magistrates Court that I applied for by this time, I trust that Kent Police will understand that justice must be served no matter how long that takes.
Yours sincerely
