I thought the following Update:

At 10.51 am the Mobile Phone rang from a Spam caller dialling from 0800 090 3051.

 My thoughts are that the State has acknowledged that this is the end of the saga. No harm done.

 Truth accommodated, nonchalantly, spontaneously and unpremeditatedly on free flow of activities that all is now well as it has ended well.

I will certainly terminate the saga here for the matter is acknowledged as being in the Court of Appeal under CA-2023-000750 by his Spam call.

Update:

At 14.02 the Mobile Phone rang from a Spam caller dialling from 0800 090 3051, there was a Voicemail and Text message and it turned out to be the Power of Attorney legal firm who had phoned this morning but had not left a message. I deleted the full text conversation and blocked the number to stop the person dialling again. He was used by the State to follow orders to send message/terrorise me.

At 15.05 pm the Mobile Phone rang from a Spam caller dialling from 0118 230 3412.

At 16.57 the Mobile Phone rang from a Spam caller dialling from 07900 971450.

At 17.09 pm the Mobile Phone rang from a Spam caller dialling from 0118 230 3416.

Update:

It is 06.06 pm (UK-Time) and the Court of Appeal has not sent me a reply directly. I cannot send the Court or any other party an email of enquiry. As things stand Master Bancroft-Rimmer of the Court of Appeal discriminated against me on behalf of the Court and by extension the State by not clarifying the state of play even if the Court is rejecting what I submitted by way of jurisdiction to hear the Case. This could yet come but is highly unlikely given the Police State of the United Kingdom.

All these Spam calls were prompting me to make a move through email which I will not. I can Defend now if Kent Police charge me with any offences with the ‘TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN’ blogged email that lists all the significant parties who terrorised me by obstructing justice and perverting the course of justice: CA-2023-000750 PROCEEDINGS PENDING AT THE COURT OF APPEAL (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com)

If I make another proactive move we will lose the roof over our heads finally as the State cannot let me win a litigation with the Prime Minister in it, let alone all the other State stalwarths and I could be directed to a Pre-Trial Hearing with a view to sending me to prison which was always the plan of the State with the five arrests and 6th coerced interview and the seizure of our computer devices and associated material under false pretences. It is therefore the best position to be in now and the State knows that. Defending costs me nothing financially. I will have to be summoned to court afresh with charges.

So I am free now still with my liberty in tact.
