Hello Rehman
Over the past 25 years since I lost a lucrative career under highly obnoxious circumstances at the University of Greenwich, I have been mentally brutalised, defamed, persecuted for my religion, victimised for seeking justice, defrauded by hidden elements within the State, and humiliated and terrorised.
Nonetheless we have to put the past behind us as a nation and I am pleased to be a member of the Conservative and Unionist Party (see attached: ConservativesMembershipCertificate.pdf)
I have a Foundation that has a political element that I named The Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom that is allied to the Conservatives with the approval implicit in the proceedings leading up to the reinstatement of my membership of the Conservatives las year.
In order to make progress, I am a very strong supporter of the current leadership including the Prime Minister and the Chancellor of the Exchequer in the priority issues outlined for enactment before the next general election, for which I am at your disposal to campaign locally on your behalf to see you reelected for Parliament in Gillingham and Rainham.
Overall, my experience of the Judicial and Law Enforcement system of the United Kingdom is I found abysmal in its criminal and civil aspects, and I believe that reforms are needed as a priority issue. I have written to you in the past year about some of these issues to bring to the attention of the Home Secretary Suella Braverman with regard to how Kent Police has conducted itself with me.
The Mental Health provisions are closely related to the treatment of individuals seeking justice as it represents a low-grade punishment dished out by State authorities to those who are politically active but have not committed any offences as in my case.
Wholescale changes are perceived by me to be necessary in terms of Reforms: as outlined here: Reforming the entire Judicial and Law Enforcement system of the United Kingdom | The Conservative Lib (theconservativelibertariansociety.com) https://www.theconservativelibertariansociety.com/forum/tclp-uk-proceedings/reforming-the-entire-judicial-and-law-enforcement-system-of-the-united-kingdom
Would you consider my view that we need a written Constitution accordingly?
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
