Your Honour
Unfortunately, Stripe has not budged an inch as matters stand this morning from the position that it adopted as attached: FrStripe(CANNOT SUPPORT UNTIL LEGAL DOCUMENTS ARE PRODUCED)21Aug2024.docx
The bone of contention is whether The Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited is a political organisation or, as I maintain, a religious organisation according to the submission to Stripe of 5 July 2024 as attached: Fundraising Due Diligence Questionnaire Stripe4July2024.doc,. Activities of the Company whether political or social are part and parcel of our religion 'karma in sanatan dharma', that means work in allegiance to God.
Stripe says that a legal authority such as the Electoral Commission or Charity or some other NGO -Regulatory authority should examine and pass judgment if the Courts cannot entertain my Appeal. In this case who should I approach now to get this accreditation.
Accordingly, I should be most grateful for your Directions on how this matter should proceed.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Hi Shantanu,
Thank you for reaching out.
As mentioned in our previous email from July 18th 2024, since you are a political organisation raising funds on your own behalf, we requested you to provide us with a document or a link confirming your formal registration with the relevant authority (e.g official political party registration, NGO registration, etc).
We reviewed the most recent link [0] provided and it is not sufficient. Unfortunately, until you are properly licensed and provide us with proof stating the same, we won't be able to support your business through Stripe.
Sincerely,
Suzi

Thank you for your assistance.
I look forward to the resolution for it is of critical importance to me that I am found to have acted lawfully by the Medway County Court and through the Appeal process at the Court of Appeal if it has taken over the Case E35YM660 from the Central London County Court against the Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer.
Yours sincerely

Hi Dr. Shantanu,
Thanks for reaching out. I appreciate your patience and understanding as we work towards resolving your account issue.
Jumping right in, I noticed that you'd raised a duplicate case for this particular concern. I also noticed that my colleague is already working on this under the related case number: 15204738.
That said, to ensure a continuous and smooth workflow, I suggest you refer to the case mentioned above and respond to the email thread in that case if you need further assistance for your issue at hand.
In the meantime, if you have any concerns apart from this, please let me know. I'd be more than happy to assist.
Best,
Ley

There are two injunction applications submitted, the first to the Court of Appeal Case No CA-2023-000750, the other to the Medway County Court Case No J00ME572, for substantial damages and compensation in case the Closure of the Account as indicated to take place today goes ahead.
Yours sincerely

Fundraising Due Diligence Questionnaire
Revised 5 July 2024
Why do we need a due diligence questionnaire for Fundraising users?
In highly regulated industries, Stripe will need to collect user information (outside of onboarding requirements) so that Stripe can appropriately manage the risks associated with such industries and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, banking partner requirements, and card network rules.
What do we do with the information we receive?
Risk and Legal teams within Stripe will review responses to validate that they comply with Stripe’s user supportability requirements. In some cases, review teams may require clarifications or additional documentation and will follow up with additional questions.
Business Summary
Please confirm what best describes your fundraising activity
We are a political party raising funds on our own behalf.
Licensing and Regulation
Please provide a link to your online registration or a copy of the relevant documentation to demonstrate your status as a registered charity in all areas of operation
Please provide a link to your online registration: https://www.theconservativelibertariansociety.com/blank
Please describe your charitable activity or your business model: where do you maintain operations? (In what countries do you maintain operations)
We have developed our religion-based political party in the United Kingdom as part of the philosophy of Conservative Libertarianism, that has a unique constitution and is preparing to stand candidates in local and general elections within the United Kingdom. The Business Model is that we have publications and websites together with a party-political manifesto funded by The Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited that raises membership Fees by selling its 209 published books and is registered with Companies House paying taxes to His Majesty Customs and Revenue. After obtaining 10 members the Party (TCLP-UK) will register with the Electoral Commission of the United Kingdom. We are very active in politics which has international relations in the United States of America although there are no current officials in that country.
Through our politics we teach people how to live useful lives and cope with mental disorders brought about by inappropriate government and corrupt social engineering.
How do you raise funds? (Who do you target for donations and what countries are they are based in)
Membership of religion-based online congregation Vishista Advaita Sampradaya (TCLS/TCLP-UK) and selling our 209 books at (https://www.theallurementofrealityinreview.com/shop through marketing techniques: https://www.theconservativelibertariansociety.com/blank-page-1 We also accept donations for our Society at https://www.thenewclimateformankind.com/
How do you distribute funds/donations? (Who are your beneficiaries and what countries are they based in)
We fund political campaigns in the United Kingdom to begin with the members that we are able to register with the Vishista Advaita Sampradaya (TCLS/TCLP-UK). We do not donate funds. Our beneficiaries will be the people of the United Kingdom whom we will serve as government once we are elected into office. The beneficiaries are solely based in the United Kingdom.
Please list each country from which you collect funds and serve (or plan to serve) and the approximate proportion of your revenue generated in and donated to each country. Please indicate if you have plans to expand to additional countries ad when such expansion might occur.
So far we have not had any money that I have been able to collect, but we are hopeful that once our JOIN It Membership Account is up and running after the change: https://app.joinit.com/o/vishista-advaita-sampradaya-tclstclp-uk/ we will get memberships. The target audience will be the residents and citizens of the United Kingdom only. We do not have any plans to expand into other countries. We will also sell our 209 books as stated above.
Do you attest that you do not accept funds from, provide support to, or otherwise permit any transactions involving prohibited countries (e.g., Iran, Syria, Cuba, North Korea, and / or the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions) or persons subject to sanctions?
Terms of Service
I attest.
