Circuit Judge
Central London County Court
Your Honour
1. I have yet to be informed of the present deliberations on the progress of the attached Hearing (CenLonCtyCrtNOTICEOFHEARINGOFAPPLICATION.pdf)at the Central London County Court on Claim 335YM660, a matter that needs a decision in light of the linked developments:
(a) Court hearing today adjourned (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/court-hearing-today-adjourned
(b)
Running Commentary on Legal Proceedings (Claim E35YM660) Central London County Court (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/running-commentary-on-legal-proceedings-claim-e35ym660-central-london-county-court
2. I have dismissed the letter received yesterday from Britton House as too late and totally inadequate in that it failed to incorporate my submission to KMPTPALS so that I will not be attending the Medication Review appointment of 6 March 2023 at 10.45 am with Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Nyeko.
3. If Kent Police has anything that it wishes to charge me with now that it has not issued me with a 'Charge Refused' certificate in relation to the matters of 24 November 2021 arrest of myself, 23 November 2022 arrest of myself, the discharge matter of the Speeding Offence of 5 October 2022, and the refusal to return our seized computer (desktop) Mobile Phone, Amazon Fire and USB Memory Stick, and especially in view of the fact that Medway County Court has not responded to the Injunction and Money Claims application against Kent Police to stop its Hate Crime against me (Claim J00ME572) despite Kent Police's reticence in giving me a written apology and due compensation for the damages that I have suffered, the Chief Constable Alan Pughlesly must be directed by Your Honour to begin criminal proceedings against me so that the entire matter can be assessed in a court of law immediately.
4. I trust that Your Honour would agree that this is the only way the dispute can be resolved.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
