Hello Jo
I have exhausted all possibilities after months, indeed years of struggle to get my severance pay of £55,000 from the University of Greenwich from 1998, and the injustice suffered at the proceedings when District Judge Lightman ordered me to pay £4170 as costs to the Defendant, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom under my Claim E35YM660 of the Central London County Court. Literally, as Lady Justice Andrews has said the Appeal process on permission to appeal was rejected by HHJ Parfitt and District Judge Lightman, and this is the end of the road for me. I respect her interpretation of the court procedures in this regard. This is proven by the fact that the Kings Bench Division of the High Court did not act on CA_2023_000750 proceedings and nor on HQ17X01773/J00ME572 on injunction and money Claims against Kent Police. There is therefor no other option left but to treat it all as a misadventure on my part.
As regards the Speeding Offence, I will not pursue an appeal either and will let the North Kent Magistrates Court decide in my absence for as I have said to the Court and others being a mental patient and horrendously so as you know, I cannot have meaningful conversations at a Court Hearing.I have stated my Case that I did not challenge the allegation that I went above the Speed limit but that I had done all I reasonably could to discharge the offence by paying for the Speed Awareness Course and booking it for 11 January 2023 but Kent Police for its own reasons cancelled the Course and did not ensure that I got my £92 refund that I had paid Kent County Council.
The third aspect of this tussle between the State authorities and me concerns the seven arrests that included two coerced voluntary interviews for alleged stalking/harassment and of allegedly sending malicious communications that Kent Police say now that its investigations are continuing and my Complaint against these arrests have been put on hold by Professional Standards Department until the judicial and police investigations have taken their full course. On this matter Olives Solicitors are dealing with my Defence against any future charges that Kent Police put into place. I will leave it to the lawyers completely to deal with Kent Police and the Crown prosecution Service.
Thus I have finished my proactive investigations and civil litigations and private prosecutions of Kent Police and Victims of Panigrahi Association (VOPA) and the University of Greenwich.

Dear Shantanu
I can hear how disappointing not being selected for the Sainsburys job was for you, especially money wise. What do you feel your options might be moving forward?
