Over the past three months I have followed through the required processes of trying to secure a Law Firm to represent me in the following proceedings that are summarised in the Automatic Response of the North Kent Magistrates Court.
You are aware of the Complaint that I registered with the Legal Ombudsman concerning specifically Olives Solicitors to which the attached reply was received by me :FrLegalOmbudsmanFileReference (Olives Solicitors)16 June 2023.docs; but there has been no further communication to me by Olives Solicitors or the Legal Ombudsman.

I have been victimised, persecuted, terrorised, justice was obstructed, and perverted against me for 26 years of my adult life in the United Kingdom, and I sought damages and compensation of £4 million from the UK Treasury for enduring this suffering.
That just about sums it up.

I am in need of legal advice and possibly also legal representation if the matter goes that far in light of the attached correspondence from the Court of Appeal that is causing me concern: FrCourtofAppeal(CA_2023_000750closed)16Aug2023.docx.
The main issue is that when Master Bancroft-Rimmer had issued directions on the progress of the Appeal, how could the jurisdiction lawyer then return to issue the statement that the Case is closed and is not adjourned to a Hearing. I had appealed Master Bancroft-Rimmer’s direction requesting his judgment that the matter may be referred to a Judicial Review if the Hearing is not listed at the Court of Appeal, and the decision cannot be appealed to the Supreme Court.
I would be grateful if you would examine the matter and let me know if you have any advice and what your fees are for this issue.

Since we last communicated around a year ago it has become crystal clear that very unsavoury characters and officials in the Judiciary and Security Services incorporating the Police have through concerted criminality perpetrated a Hate Crime on me and set up bogus alleged offences of stalking and of sending people and institutions malicious communications to then prosecute me with the plan to send me to prison, having failed to get me incarcerated in a mental hospital for a third and almost certainly irreversibly, and having failed to get me booted out of the United Kingdom.
They manipulated numerous Solicitors whom I approached to try and defend me against the offences that they are contemplating secretly ɓy not informing their Case for the Prosecution against me.
There is only so much one can do to resist such tyranny and victimisation by oneself, so I am requesting you both whether one of you would change your mind and come to my assistance at North Kent Magistrates Court for my Trial on 10 November 2023,v2 pm. The Court has been informed as you will note from the Automatic Response below but no considered adjudication fro the Duty Magistrate on this Sunday.

Your complaint about OLIVES SOLICITORS LIMITED
Thank you for your email of 1 May 2023 regarding your complaint about Olives Solicitors. We apologise for the delay in responding, which is due to the high demand for our service at the current time.
Having reviewed the documentation you have provided to us, it looks like you have not complained to your service provider. You will need to do this first and allow them up to eight weeks to respond. We have a template complaint letter available on our website. If you have already complained and either received a final response that you are not happy with or have waited eight weeks from the date of your complaint, we may be able to help.
Please complete our online complaint checker. You will need to provide personal information and documents such as:
A copy of your formal complaint, and the service provider’s responses including any final response.
If the service provider did not respond to your complaint within eight weeks: Proof of delivery, e.g., a recorded delivery receipt or confirmation that your complaint was sent to a valid email address for the service provider. If you did not send your complaint recorded delivery, please confirm the date you sent the complaint, and we will contact the Service Provider to confirm receipt of your complaint. If the Service Provider says they did not receive your letter of complaint, you may be asked to resend your letter of complaint.
Do not delay as you have a maximum of six months after you receive their final response to bring your complaint to us.
For complaints referred to us after 1 April 2023, the matter complained about must have taken place in the previous year or, if it happened more than a year ago, you must have become aware of it in the past year. Come to us as soon as you can after trying to resolve your complaint with your service provider – don’t delay. You have a maximum of six months after you receive their final response to bring your complaint to us.
When responding, please tell us your file reference which is shown at the top of this email. Do not send any original documents by post as we scan all our incoming mail to make computer copies and then destroy the originals. If you are contacting us for the first time about a complaint, please be aware that it could be up to 10 weeks before you hear from us, and at that stage, we may need to ask you for more information. We thank you for your patience and would like to reassure you that our teams are working very hard to review and respond to your email as quickly as possible.
Once we have confirmed that we have all the information we need, we will write to you to let you know that we have passed your case for formal assessment by an investigator.
Please be aware that there is a considerable wait for a case to be assessed by an investigator, which varies depending on the complexity of the case. More information about the wait times will be included in the letter we send to you at the time the case is added to a queue and can also be found on our website.
If you have concerns about the wait times and feel they may detrimentally impact on you or your case, for example, because of a financial hardship or serious health concern, please let us know.
Have you complained to your service provider?
We can only investigate a complaint once the service provider has had the chance to investigate it and respond. This means you need to make a formal complaint to them first. You can find further information on our website about how to complain to your service provider, including a template complaint letter.
How to complain to us
If you have already complained to your service provider and have not received a satisfactory response, then we might be able to help. The easiest way to check if we can help you is to use our complaint checker tool on our website. Alternatively, you can send us a completed complaint form, which is available to download from our website.
We will need your completed complaint form, along with a copy of your complaint to the service provider and copies of any responses you have received from them. Please only send us copies and not original documents.
You should be aware that we are also unable to accept documents from an online document storage facility such as Dropbox.

Have we let you know we have passed your case for assessment?
If we have already let you know your case is awaiting assessment by an investigator, you do not need to do anything further at this stage. An investigator will contact you when they start working on the complaint. Please note that you may be waiting a considerable time before your case will be passed to an investigator. The letter we have sent to you should provide you with more specific information about these timescales. We also aim update you every three months.
