WPC Fields telephoned me yesterday and we spoke about the Case in hand especially in regard to the Bail that I am under as attached Kent Police OFFICIAL Generated Date.docx
I brought that conversation to the attention of Olives Solicitors through Ravina at the email address ravina@olivessolicitors.com to see if Philippa Beswick could make herself available for attendance at this Meeting which would give all of us including PC Corbishley the opportunity to discuss any issues of outstanding criminal anonymous emails sent allegedly from my email account to Katrina Sale in recent times as well as to determine what Kent Police has found out on the wider allegations of Harassment, Blogging and Malicious Communications that I am suspected of committing.
There was no confirmation from Olives Solicitors that it is still acting on my behalf, as attached: ToRavinaOlivesSolicitors (Meeting at Medway Police Station)5 May 2023.docx, nor any information from WCField for the date of the new Meeting (she may have tried to telephone me again at 15.10 pm from a Private Number, but it went as a missed call and no Voicemail message was left for me to attend to.
All this is very confusing to me, and in this context I should draw your attention to the attached complaints to the Legal Ombudsman and the Solicitors Regulation Authority concerning the Duty Solicitors who have supervised me in the local Police Stations in the past 20 months of Kent Polic'es investigations of this matter: ToKentPolice(LegalOmbudsman&Bail)1May2023; ToKentPolice(SolicitorsRegulationAuthority)3May2023.docx.
Notwithstanding, I am anxious to make progress and should WCField and PC Corbishley telephone me or send me an email to update me on the matter, I would naturally accommodate Kent Police requirements in order to continue to assist you with your enquiries.
If I do not hear from Kent Police I will naturally assume that I must attend the 18 June 2023 5 pm signing on appointment as required by the Bail. In this eventuality, please let me know whether there will be interview then or I would just be told of the outcome of Kent Police's investigations as to whether I would be charged with an offence or offences, or released from Bail with no further action being taken by Kent Police in this matter to close proceedings.
