Judiciary Central London County Court
Dear Judge
Further to my email today of 14.51 pm hours addressed to Ms Marie Prentice at the Front Office as the Administrative Officer dealing with this Case now: I will make my Skeleton Argument brief and to the point as follows:
SKELETON ARGUMENT:
Money Claim submitted:
For the unsupervised complaints by the Ministry of Justice:
£55,000 relating to the University of Greenwich employment
£5,000 relating to the Sainsbury's employment
£1,000 relating to the Tesco employment
£1,000 relating to the Shell UK employment
For the unsupervised complaints by the Health Secretary:
£10,000 relating to the false imprisonment in mental hospitals and the semi-detention at home under enforced mental health medications that have been evidently totally unnecessary
For the unsupervised complaints to the Home Secretary:
£5,000 relating to Kent Police for systematic harassment and obstruction of justice
Refund demanded:
£4170 of Costs paid under E35YM660 to the Defendant the Cabinet Office due to DJ Lightman erring in law:
Total money Claimed now under Claim E35YM660: £81,170.
Note: Although in the past due to the 24 years of persecution organised by agents of the State, most notably by Victims of Panigrahi Association from September 2017 I have claimed several millions of pounds as punitive damages, I do not now wish to go above the Claim made in the above Skelton Argument as I am socially-conscious and I know that the United Kingdom is entering a very difficult economic time with the nation having a £3 trillion debt. If the Judge does award a higher figure I wish to donate the excess only it to 'Mind', 'Samaritans' and the 'Citizens Advice Bureau' in equal amounts. The £81,170 is for our family only.
Yours sincerely
