Furthermore my wife Rashmi Panigrahi had sent her expiring Indian passport to the Indian High Commission-appointed agency two months ago and a new passport has not been issued to her. The agency has told her that it is still under consideration. What is there to consider. We are planning our summer and autumn holidays together and she need her passport.
The international dimension to this persecution on me and my family is unimaginably horrendous to bear.
