Your Honour

Your Honour from my investigations of the Constitution of the United Kingdom as it relates to jurisdiction of the courts to consider all matters, the only proceedings that I have is my litigation against the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom under Claim E35YM660, so that I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible in the interests of justice.

Time Estimate 1 hour IN PERSON before a Circuit Judge
LISTING POLICY: The court’s listing policy is determined by the senior judge and implemented by staff in accordance with his directions. Your case may not be allocated to a judge until the day of the hearing, and may have to wait in the unassigned list until a judge becomes available to hear it. Every effort will be made to ensure that your case is heard at this or another convenient court. If it is not possible to provide a judge to hear your case, the court and Her Majesty’s Court and Tribunal Service will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the absence of any departure from listing policy due to maladministration.
Parties should be aware that this case may be one of several cases that have been listed to commence at this time. This may mean that your case will not be called immediately at the time scheduled, but may be heard later in the day. We will try to ensure that if your case is listed in the morning it is heard by 1 pm and if your case is listed in the afternoon it is heard by 4 pm. In some circumstances it is possible that your hearing could overrun. You and any witnesses should therefore be available until the end of these periods or even later.
If there are special reasons why this is inconvenient you may make a short notice application to a circuit judge to adjourn. Ordinary inconvenience arising from the fact of being in the unassigned list will not be sufficient reason for an adjournment, nor will the fact that both parties agree to an adjournment.
ACCESSIBILITY: Please inform us as soon as possible if you, your witnesses or legal representatives have a physical disability that may affect your attendance at this court. We can make alternative arrangements for the case to be heard in a suitable court room by calling the Customer Service Team
on 0300 123 3577.
FILING OF SKELETON ARGUMENTS AND TRIAL BUNDLES: Trial bundles (if applicable) should be lodged no earlier than 3 working days before the trial (unless otherwise ordered). All trial bundles should be emailing RCJ.DCO@justice.gov.uk , or centrallondoncounty.dco@justice.gov.uk
. phoning our Disability Contact Officer 0207 947 6063.
To help us provide the best help and support, you should try to explain how your disability affects you and give as much information as you can. This will help our staff or the judge to consider what you’ll need to do during your case and any help we can provide. Our staff will always talk with you
and agree any reasonable adjustments you need.

Dear Sirs
1. I wish to update you with what has been happening in Kent Police that as you are aware dates back a decade in so far as it concerns me and which I first complained to you about the Force on its vendetta against me that has now become tyrannical as a Hate Crime.
2. Please let me know if there is any scope in bringing forth an investigation of the officers stated in the communication.
Yours sincerely

Dear Sirs
I am sorry that Force Control of Kent Police was unable to acknowledge receipt of the linked communication from this morning as linked here: A FINAL DECISION ON BAIL PROVISIONS (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/a-final-decision-on-bail-provisions and I was denied access to my Duty Solicitor (barrister) Phylis to discuss the specific issue of the scope for varying the contents of the said Bail document urgently. The complaint that I was encouraged to file by Enquiries at Kent Police for which the subject matter of this email gives the Case Reference Number has also not been addressed by Kent Police as yet.
Sir, I am a mental patient under supervision of the Community Mental Health Team at Britton House that telephoned me yesterday (Issac) and conducted a fresh new investigation of my mental state on referral by Eito Saito, the nurse at Medway Police Station when I was held on custody on 28 March 2023 for what remain allegations of malicious communications sent apparently by me but which I vehemently denied as you will note from the Video/Audio recording of my interview. My diagnosis stands at paranoid schizophrenia although it has been variously defined as persistent delusional disorder and autism, bipolar mood swings, severe depression for which the medications are risperidone (4 mg daily as the anti-psychotic), sertraline 150 mg daily as the anti-depressant and Dapakote 1000 mg daily as the mood stabilising agent.. The next appointment with my Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Okafo; Issac has established a date of 26 May 2023 for a medication review.
Even without the mental anxieties and disordered state of mind, the Bail document has errors in it that in the absence of Phyllis I must point out to you for amendment now should Kent Police pursue this matter further both in terms of continuing investigations and subsequent charge of any offences that is construed by the Force:
The alterations that I need for the Bail are as follows:
(a) Replacement of the Email Personal address from nobody@dizum.com (I have never held any such email address and have never used anonymous means of communications) with my real address as shantanupanigrahi@yahoo.com
(b) The Condition paragraph on page 2 gives the Reason for Condition as 'Commit further offences on bail'. I have never ever committed any offences whatsoever over the 50 years that I have lived in this country let alone contemplating 'further' malicious communications or other offences. Accepting the bail document is tantamount to willingly accepting that I have committed any kind of offence for which I was arrested on 24 November 2021, 22 November 2022 and now 28 March 2023, and is therefore unacceptable to me. The Officer in Case, Det Sgt 46 10508 Brown, and the Custody Officer granting bail T/Sgt 46 12483 Tick overseeing the documentation need to be subject to an internal Police investigation.
(c) The time of 'Bailed to date/time of 1700 hours on 18/06/2023 is very unsuitable for me to appear at Medway Police Station because it is at this time that I collect our daughter from her workplace in Madistone, so I would like it to be changed to between 11.00 am to 2.00 pm.
My wife has said that she would like to write to the Chief Constable of Kent Police separately with a wider complaint on the manner in which materials were taken away from our house on 28 March 2023, to add to previous seizure of 24 November 2023.She has my full consent to do so if she ends up taking up the matter further.
Yours sincerely

Dear Jo
I am sorry for my idiotic understanding that the Samaritans have been an agency of the State of the United Kingdom engaged in driving me insane so that I should try and obtain a psychotherapeutic certificate if I am to have any chance of withstanding state-persecution for my religious beliefs and practices as a Hindu. It has all been a long drawn-out escapade for me, and now the Police have got me where it wants me with the bail served on me and no sign of any retracting despite protests that I am innocent and not in control of my mental faculties when I talk to people or send them emails. The bail document is a back-door method employed by the Police to get me to incriminate myself that I had anything to do with the sending out of malicious communications from my personal email address. I reported this matter to the Independent Office for Police Conduct last night and it remains to be seen if it takes any action. The Courts including the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom have kept silent on the matter so that it does look like the Police Forces are a law to themselves and courts just rubber-stamp their decision on charging suspects of offences that they frame on innocent members of the public who they see as protesting against their injustices.
I had asked Kent Police as follows:
Get this matter to a criminal court for assessment immediately. You know that you have been lying and deceiving everyone since the Katrina Sale, then Bp,t then staff of BLM law, and now Professors and school, bombings and rape type malicious communications not to mention the university of Greenwich bomb. type harassment emails that were all organised against me by MI5 under directions of the government to get me into legal difficulties.Your bail following the 28 March 2023 arrest has been read and filed. It is not worth the paper it is written on so that I will not honour any of it's conditions. For the avoidance of doubt.I will not surrender.
So I have to face in all likelihood a criminal court on this trumped up allegation that I have harassed and sent out malicious communications through the internet when these were the work of trolls angered by the fact that I have published their criminality against me through my company, The Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited.
I am still waiting to hear from you and the other Samaritans on what wheels you have placed in motion to support me through this time of crisis for me. Issac the nurse at Britton House has not changed the date of my telephone appointment with a Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Okafor at Britton House from 26 May 2023 10.00 am so that I have only the Samaritans to talk to who would listen to me and make the necessary arrangements of support for my severe depression and suicidal thoughts verging on a plan to end my life here and now.
For I will never ever leave this country and if a mental hospital is considered to be the right place for me, so be it.
Hoping to receive some constructive feedback from you today.
