Hello Dinesh Singhji

Thank you for your email and I am sorry for the delay in replying. I have been tied up with certain developments here in the United Kingdom in relation to some Police Investigation that I believed was old story, but on further investigation as linked here: https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/forum/main/comment/e2b76e09-ce4c-419b-ad79-bfed1a07b700?postId=662e8e75260c5e00103727a1 it has reared its ugly head again through Vapers Hub.

Now I am not sure if Kent Police is still continuing with its Complaint assessment of CO/999/23 and so I must check with the State authorities if this is the Case. My hunch is that the culprits who have wreaked havoc on me as a Hate Crime over a dozen if not 26 years are now awaiting the House of Commons Petition Committee to issue its processing of the matter attached (FrPetitionsCommitteeHOC(Action required on Petition for a Written Constitution in the United Kingdom)4Nov2024); so that the institutions can submit their cover-up defences and do not any longer have to do their dirty work of paying me damages and compensation and a letter of apology. This would inevitably lead to a coverup by the Petitions Committee which I must avoid at all costs. I am far better off allowing the Institutions to continue with their investigations no matter how long that takes.

You see Dinesh Singhji, I was not born yesterday.

I look forward to concrete proposals to develop my 26 websites with your expertise accordingly.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

UK Government and Parliament

I’ve made a petition – will you sign it?

My petition:

Develop an official written Constitution in the United Kingdom for governance.

An unwritten Constitution foisted upon the people is wrong morally. A written Constitution is needed that outlines the relationships between the Head of State and Parliament at both Houses and in terms of their inter-connections with the Security Services, Judicial and other State institutions.

Unwritten Constitution makes a Monarchical Establishment to become secretively dictatorial and tyrannical to selected individuals and groups. With a written constitution people are fully informed on what to expect from the State and what is expected of them to the State. With a written Constitution people will be fully informed on who is in charge of procedures in Parliament, Mental Health Institutions, Security Services; and who a citizen can successfully prosecute in civil and criminal courts.

Legal Ombudsman

Thank you for your email

We are currently dealing with a high volume of enquiries.

If you already have a case with us, we will add your email to the file. A colleague will be in touch with you just as soon as they review your email.

If you are contacting us for the first time about a complaint, please be aware that it may take around 10 weeks before you hear from us, and at that stage, we may need to ask you for more information. We thank you for your patience and would like to reassure you that our teams are working very hard to review and respond to your email as quickly as possible.

Once we have confirmed that we have all the information we need, we will write to you to let you know that we have passed your case for formal assessment by an investigator.

Please be aware that there is a considerable wait for a case to be assessed by an investigator, which varies depending on the complexity of the case. More information about the wait times will be included in the letter we send to you at the time the case is added to a queue and can also be found on our website.

If you have concerns about the wait times and feel they may detrimentally impact on you or your case, for example, because of a financial hardship or serious health concern, please let us know.

Have you complained to your service provider?

We can only investigate a complaint once the service provider has had the chance to investigate it and respond. This means you need to make a formal complaint to them first. You can find further information on our website about how to complain to your service provider, including a template complaint letter.

How to complain to us

If you have already complained to your service provider and have not received a satisfactory response, then we might be able to help. The easiest way to check if we can help you is to use our complaint checker tool on our website. Alternatively, you can send us a completed complaint form, which is available to download from our website.

We will need your completed complaint form, along with a copy of your complaint to the service provider and copies of any responses you have received from them. Please only send us copies and not original documents.

You should be aware that we are also unable to accept documents from an online document storage facility such as Dropbox.

Do not send us any other information until we request it.

If you need to write to us, our address is:

Legal Ombudsman

PO Box 6167

SLOUGH

SL1 0EH

Our telephone number is 0300 555 0333. We are open from 9am to 4pm from Monday to Friday. Calls may be recorded and used for training and monitoring purposes.

Have we let you know we have passed your case for assessment?

If we have already let you know your case is awaiting assessment by an investigator, you do not need to do anything further at this stage. An investigator will contact you when they start working on the complaint. Please note that you may be waiting a considerable time before your case will be passed to an investigator. The letter we have sent to you should provide you with more specific information about these timescales. We will provide updates every three months.

Supporting you in making a complaint
