I refer to your letter dated 1 February 2024 that I found on return to our house from a holiday in India on the 18 of February 2024, issuing a fine of £400 for failure to deliver a return or returns
This matter is under a legal dispute at the Central London County Court for systematic undermining of my company by distorting the website facilities to enable me to file the Returns as I have reported to HMRC in the past. The Case Number at this Court is E35YM660.
