In regards to your email thank you for bringing these allegations to our attention. Could I please ask that you complete the attached DBS Panel Form for me and just state as much as you can regarding these allegation as I will need to take this to panel tomorrow which is normal procedure when an applicant declares that they may have any barring on their suitability for the post applied for.
I realize that you may be limited to what you can disclose but if you can give us as much information as possible and have this back to me by today, we will use this to make a decision as to whether we can continue with your current application and interview you on Sunday or pause the current application and interview you when you have an outcome on your bail / case.
Please note, this will remain confidential and you details will be anonymized for the panel and we will only discuss your disclosure.
