Further to my communication to the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner this morning that I copied to you as attached: ToOPCCccNorthKentMagistrates(Deadline of 3 pm today for Judgment)28Sep2023.docx, I received the attached document (FrKent Police OFFICIAL Generated Date 25 September 2023) from Kent Police that seems corrupted by the fact that the Malicious Communications Bail issue date is incorrectly stated as being of 25 September 2023, whereas it was back in 10/06/2023 07.59 am; and further it makes no mention of what is to happen on 10 October 2023 bail date on Stalking offence. It would appear that Kent Police has now lumped together the Stalking and Malicious communication separate matters into a single offence of Malicious communications, but that would be for the Court to adjudicate on.
Additionally I attach correspondence sent to the Samaritans To SamaritansCABCharityCommissionNHSEngland (Automatic Reply PhSO)28Sep2023.docx; and ToKMPTPALS(Automatic reply PhSONHSEnglandBrittonHouse)28Sep2023.docx; for your kind consideration so that you may dispose off the matter this afternoon and rule the Trial Hearing of 10 November 2023, 2 pm as being invalid and unnecessary with this overwhelming evidence of Conspiracy against me.
