Dear Mr Cambon

If it was you who sent me the following text, kindly identify yourself with your full address and the case on which you are seeking information, if it is not the following for you have misspelt Judge Leightman(?) I only know of Judge Lightman who is a District Judge as follows:

I am ready to share my information concerning Judge Lightman and the proceedings pending under Appeal at the Court of Appeal against his judgment of 21 June 2021 under the Case of the subject title named above.

The Judgment in question from District Judge Lightman is attached, as well as the complicated Appeal at the Court of Appeal for your initial response:

CentralLondonCountyCourtOrder 21 June 2021 (District Judge Lightman).pdf; ToCourtofAppealviaCivilAppealsRegistry(CA-2003-000750)10Jul2023.

Please let me know the full story of your case against the alleged corrupt conduct of District Judge Lightman's or Leightman's case between your neighbour and you and the name of the Court institution involved. From my case. HHJ Parfitt passed an Order in January 2021 as attached: CentralLondonCountyCourtOrderonE35YM660dated19January2021_received byClaimantat9.27amon22March2021.pdf.

It was all a very fishy set up, first the delay in me receiving HHJ Parfit's Order and then being told that the Hearing was for a Pre-Trial purpose and instead of the Appeal going to a Circuit Judge it was given to a District Judge to assess costs rather then the full merits of my Claim for millions in damages and compensation that the Circuit Judge was obliged to consider. These facts caused me so much concern as if I was being lined up for criminal proceedings under Dristrict Judge's supervision that I did not attend the appointment of 21 June 2021 by telephone Hearing BTMeet and let the Counsel for the Defendant argue the matter and come to some expectant prejudiced decision against me as Claimant which I would have the opportunity to appeal at the Court of Appeal, and which I did but it then directed me back to a Circuit Judge at the Central London County Court itself. I had paid the £4170 costs awarded to the Prime Minister of the day under duress immediately so as not to face fines. As it happened, the Appeal to the Circuit Judge was finally listed for a Hearing on 20 January 2023 as attached: Central London County Court NOTICE OF HEARING OF A.PPLICATION).pdf, which with the timing and other factors that I started probing out clearly pointed it out as being a Poisoned Chalice on me; it was then adjourned on the morning of the day of the Hearing from an email that I received from Jessica Da Costa for the Government Legal Department. but the Central London County Court did not write to me directly with this information despite tens of emails that I sent the Court asking for an update.

So I appealed to the Court of Appeal and am awaiting it's response.

Kind regards

Yours sincerely

Hello! I have been reading, regarding your problem with judge Leightman. He had presided over my case with my neighbour, who had committed several wrongs (Torts) against me. I find him to be completely, and utterly corrupted.

I wonder if it will be possible to communicate (copare notes) I will really appreciate it if this was possible. My email address is cambonfrance@yahoo.com

Kind regards

Your Honour

The absence of a reply from Kent Police over this weekend to the communication sent as linked here Is All Well? (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/is-all-well is highly regrettable, as it appears that there is no option in resolution of this matter ahead of the 10 November 2023 2 pm Hearing date attached (LetterfromNKMCHearingTrial10Nov_2pm).pdf) that I was keen to avoid for the fact that it would lead to unnecessary costs both in terms of Court time and the various parties to the dispute.

Kent Police arrested me on four occasions over the past year and a half and coerced me into a fifth interview at the Police Station as well as seizing our computers and associated IT devices without any justification from my point of view and its reluctance to discuss the matter is indicative of some other forces who may have been involved in terrorising me and my family for the past 5-6 years especially.

Yesterday I had a conversation with my psychotherapist Jill Jesson on WhatsApp which effectively summarised my updated analysis of what has transpired, as attached for your kind consideration: PROGRESSING INTO THE FUTURE-digital.pdf.

I hope to receive the Direction of the Court in light of these updated assessments.

Yours sincerely

Struggle for liberty is an ancient Hindu aim, and theories have been put forward since time immemorial: it alleviates suffering.

I am now a Vishista-advaiist not Brahmoadvaitist. A Vishista-advaitist reveres God but lives aloof from God focussing instead on à special kind of dharmayudha, namely to seek the truth, expose the truth and accommodate oneself ih the reality so-determined.

Advaita means being at one with reality in material and spiritual dimensions but it is a continuous process of immersing oneself in Brahma-Nature which is a dynamic system of impermanence. When perfected by losing all one’s attachments one reacts spontaneously, nonchalantly and unpremeditatedly to the imminent reality so is liberated.

In Brahmoadvaita that believes in pre-ordination and preorchestration union with Brahma submits to the philosophy of letting Providence decide one's fate because from guna transcendence completely to shed of all jivaatman's attachments finally one goes with the flow of events and incidents. If there is to be liberty on the horizon that is all well and good for it will take away all the human beings uncertainties in living that cause mental suffering. One has no aims and one accepts one's fate as pre-ordained so there is no one to blame for the ups and downs during one's life. It is just how it was all meant to be.

Update:

Tweeted, facebooked in Vishista Advaita Sampradaya Page of Facebook and posted it in LinkedIn.

Then soon afterwards sent the tweet by sharing it on WhatsApp with Amulya Nayak, family and Jill Jesson:

Jill Jesson replied at 12.01 pm on Whats App text: ‘ I agree 90 % with this. But fee that even though life is fated, we have to learn to take responsibility for our wrong doings and put right them too, to enable us to raise our consciousness in the evolution of the soul’

I rapidly and unpremeditatedly as usual texted back ‘Yes mine is a tentative hypothesis. I always subject myself to the arm of the law to tell me where I have gone wrong in my dealings with society for I have taken out litigations and private prosecutions that I regret now that I realise how the Constitution functions here in the United Kingdom. It took the better part of 26 years to see the mistakes I made with my approach to life. It is a mental disorder that created the paranoid schizophrenia and persistent delusions when the State reacted by sectioning me into the mental hospital twice, and tried to have me put away in more stringent mental treatments irreversibly so when that failed the State tried have me declared stateless. The the State engineered malicious emails through Cyber attacks and go me arrested by Kent Police into a kangaroo court at North Kent Magistrates Court in order to incarcerate me in a prison cell.

My mind was split opened to the reality that I have no proof scientifically of even the existence of God let alone the delusions of grandeur that I was fated to survive freely in the United Kingdom no matter the terrorism mounted by the secretive monarchical Establishment on me.

I got no damages and compensation from Kent Police for the four false arrests of myself in the past year and a half let alone the $55000 owed to me by the University of Greenwich and the £4170 owed to me by the Cabinet Office.

So Jill all theories can be explored by Scientists, Diving Providence is nothing new that anyone can be proud of for having invented or endorsed, is it Jill?’

Jill texted at 13.30 ‘Correct’.

Me to Jill Jesson: We are very busy next two weeks buying a car and going to Broadstairs for a holiday to celebrate my wife’s birthday. When afterwards things are settled perhaps it would be good to discuss how much more counselling I would benefit from a Session on Zoom.’

Jill: ‘Ok. Enjoy Broadstairs’.

DR SHANTANU PANIGRAHI 1st Claimant Ref

MRS THERESA MAY – PRIME MINISTER OF THE UNITED KINGDOM 1ST Defendant Ref Z1819776/H019

Before His Honour Judge Parfitt sitting at the County Court at Central London, Thomas More Building, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, WC2A 2LL.

On the Court hearing the Appellant but the Appellant withdrawing from the telephone hearing after making his submission and on the Appellant’s request to reconsider the permission to appeal refused by HHJ Letham by Order dated 30 September 2019

IT IS ORDERED THAT

1. The request to reconsider permission is refused.

2. The Appellant;s application was totally without merit: the DDJ’s Order was wholly appropriate as a case management order and the stated grounds of appeal that the

Appellant lacked access to legal advice was hopeless and the oral argument put forward that the DDJ was a liar acting as part of a conspiracy to silence the Appellant was absurd (both in its premise and in its substance – since the order under appeal gave the Appellant a final chance to make his particulars of claim good).

3. The Respondent’s application for costs of the action must be referred to a DJ pursuant to CPR 3.5 (2)(a) and the Respondent’s letter dated 13 January 2021 and two cost schedules contained in the Appeal bundle (in pdf format) shall be treated as application in that respect.

4. The Respondent’s costs of the appeal are to be treated as Respondent’s costs in the action.
