Dear Disclosure Team,
Dear Sir/Madam
I believe that I had made it clear that I had been sent on a wild-goose chase and now I note that legal proceedings may not have been completed, for the following reasons on the basis of which I wish to reinstate my request again for a Freedom of Information Request::

Kent Police
Dear Sirs
I have no doubt that the Information Commissioner will rule in your favour and the decision that you have taken just does not help me in defending against the twin issues of (a) 24 November 2021 arrest and confiscation of family property by Kent Police; and (b) the highly erroneous conduct of Kent Police in stopping me from dicharging my liability on the 5 October 2022 Speeding Offence by attending the 11 January 2023 Speed Awareness Course.
This is an added reason to the Particulars of Claim against Kent Police that I have submitted to the United Kingdom's Judicial authorities: as summarised in the attached or damages and compensation to be awarded to me and had to once again refer it to the International Criminal Court as a crime against humanity, the implication obviously meaning that the United Kingdom needs to change to address human rights to belong to the international Community.
The Case Number under which the matter is currently being considered at the International Criminal Court is Court Reference: OTP-CR-76/222:

Dear Sirs
I have studied this Freedom of Information Request Response and it is only a partial response to the request the I had made for information: Kindly review this response to incorporate the attached correspondence that was sent to me by your lawyers BLM law 2022-06-01 Dr Panigrahi letter out.pdf; 2022.06.07 Dr Panigrahi letter out (1).pdf; and Emails from [email address] to BLM 25 25.25.05-22-04.06-22(1)(1) pdf and lately the criminal anonymous email of FrShanPanigrai(CAE)KentDriverDiversionMatterUpdate)17Nov2022.docx.
If no further communication is received from Kent Police I should consider drawing this lackadasical approach to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act to the attention of the Information Commissioner.
Thank you for your kind consideration.

Dear Sir
With approximately a dozen applications that you have rejected out of hand this year, I should take this latest rejection as confirmation that I have been blacklisted for employment in the United Kingdom by Moto and BP and there are also Tesco, Sainsburys, Aldi, ASDA, that have acted similarly. The reason you have done this is because I fought for my human rights to a decent life in the United Kingdom as is my Hindu dharma so that you all have discriminated against me on religious grounds. This is a crime against humanity and as such the matter is referred to the International Criminal Court under the Court Reference: OTP-CR-76/222. The full particulars of damages and compensation that I have claimed for the distress and dafamation caused to me are attached: Particulars of Damages and Compensation (Claim J00ME572).pdf.

Dear Mrs Pankhurst
Thank you for this reassurance that this matter is at hand. I should at this stage point out to Kent Police that proceedings at the Central London County Court under E35YM660 will have to be adjourned until your final Report of the internal review is completed and legal advice then sought by me from Patterson Law, if the Firm is taking instructions from me, and I am not too sure about that at this point in time.
Please reply to this email agreeing to adjourn court proceedings so that I can take the appropriate steps towards the resolution of this matter.
