Dear Barclays

I am sorry that it was not possible for you to give me a report on a number of fraudulent activities on my Current account that I hold with my wire and the associated Debit Card over the past year and half, within the time frame that might have assisted me in securing some compensation from the fraudsters. I do not wish to name the institutions as I cannot be bothered to check these details again on account of the fact that Kent Police has taken away three of our computers, 3 USB Memory Sticks two Mobile Phones and a Amazon Fire containing these details which I am consequently unable to check now.

I would rather just forget about it all as our Accounts with Barclays is now working well and I do not wish to have to spend your resources in launching a fresh investigation. This also applies to Santander Bank and Pay Pal which had similar discrepancies relating to my financial transactions.

So unless you disagree, let us bring this matter to a conclusion: lessons have been learnt all round.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
