Dear Sirs

1. I believed that the matter referred to in your letter to me that I received in the post this morning as attached (FrHMRC(Document received in the post from HMRCPenalty) had been resolved by the Courts and that I did not have to pay anything to HMRC because the real culprits who had sabotaged my Company to render it dormant for the period of your penalty assessments) had been identified as working under cover of the Government of the United Kingdom as part of a national and international conspiracy of terrorism against me during the past 26 years for which the financial demand on the contrary is from the Treasury of the United Kingdom to be made payable to me as the victim is £100 million immediately especially in light of the lack of acknowledgement from KMPT PALS to the attached queries that I raised: ToKMPTPALS(APPOINTMENT LETTER FROM BRITTON HOUSE FOR 11 AM 22 APRIL 2024)5Apr2024.

2. Kindly confirm this understanding of mine at this point in time.

Yours sincerely

Please pay now – penalty still overdue £400

We wrote to you recently about your overdue Corporation Tax penalty.

We still haven’t received your payment

It’s important you pay or contact us now if you can’t pay. If you don’t, it could cost you more money.

Please pay now

You will find everything you need online:

. Go to GOV.UK and search ‘paying HMRC’

. choose ‘pay your Corporation Tax bill.’

Check your payment reference before you pay

It is important you use the right reference so we can allocate your payment correctly.

You’ll find the correct reference in the ‘How to pay’ section on the enclosed statement. It will look something like this: 0123456789A00101A (this is an example not your reference).

Your payment reference changes with each accounting period, so you’ll need to use a different one each time you pay.

If you use a banking app, make sure you don’t reuse a previous reference.

If you can’t pay now

Please call our customer support advisor on 0300 200 3845 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm).

If you still haven’t filled your return

Please do so now. If you don’t, we may charge you further penalties. We could also estimate how much Corporation Tax you need to pay – this is called a ‘determination’.

You can find information on determinations online – go to GOV.UK and search ‘determiniations if you don’t file’.

If you don’t pay or contact us

We can take action to collect what you owe, but we only do this as a last resort. We want to work with you to find a way to pay – please contact us now to discuss available support.

For more information, go to GOV.UK and search ‘If you do not pay your tax bill’.

If you have already paid

Thank you. Please allow 5 working days for your online account to update. You don’t need to contact us if this shows your tax is up to date.

How to avoid penalty charges in the future

Please file your Company Tax Return – and pay the tax you owe on time.

You can read more about late-filing penalties online. Go to GOV.UK and search ‘corporation tax penalties’.

If you have someone who helps you with your tax, you may want to show them this letter.

Yours faithfully

Officer of Revenue and Customs

I am pleased that at long last I could get a letter from Britton House this morning for a face-to-face appointment for there is much to discuss, as linked here:

In order for me to prepare for this Meeting, could Dr Oranusi assess the latest diagnosis of my mental disorder and send me a Report urgently based on the questions that are raised above, for I I have received another intimidatory letter this morning from HMRC reimposing the £400 penalty on my Company, The Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited that has written 187 eBooks which I am in the process of marketing and distributing worldwide through my website: https://theallurementofrealityinreview.com/shop.

I would be grateful for legal purposes for an immediate acknowledgment of this email.

Yours sincerely
