As the Appellant has served all parties with notification of the appeal, I can confirm this appeal has been allocated reference number 32 under the English Appeals Panel (EAP) procedures, please use this in all future correspondence with the Standards Office.

The English Appeals Panel will be informed of the lodging of the appeal in order for an initial determination to be made.
