Dear Sirs
I have no doubt that the Information Commissioner will rule in your favour and the decision that you have taken just does not help me in defending against the twin issues of (a) 24 November 2021 arrest and confiscation of family property by Kent Police; and (b) the highly erroneous conduct of Kent Police in stopping me from dicharging my liability on the 5 October 2022 Speeding Offence by attending the 11 January 2023 Speed Awareness Course.
This is an added reason to the Particulars of Claim against Kent Police that I have submitted to the United Kingdom's Judicial authorities: as summarised in the attached or damages and compensation to be awarded to me and had to once again refer it to the International Criminal Court as a crime against humanity, the implication obviously meaning that the United Kingdom needs to change to address human rights to belong to the international Community.
The Case Number under which the matter is currently being considered at the International Criminal Court is Court Reference: OTP-CR-76/222:
Yours sincerely

Dear Sirs
I have studied this Freedom of Information Request Response and it is only a partial response to the request the I had made for information: Kindly review this response to incorporate the attached correspondence that was sent to me by your lawyers BLM law 2022-06-01 Dr Panigrahi letter out.pdf; 2022.06.07 Dr Panigrahi letter out (1).pdf; and Emails from noody@dizum.com to BLM 25 25.25.05-22-04.06-22(1)(1) pdf and lately the criminal anonymous email of FrShanPanigrai(CAE)KentDriverDiversionMatterUpdate)17Nov2022.docx.
If no further communication is received from Kent Police I should consider drawing this lackadasical approach to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act to the attention of the Information Commissioner.
Thank you for your kind consideration.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
