What is Kent Police going to do with our Desk-top computer, Amazon Fire, USB Memory Stick and Mobile Phone: It sets up a process as here: Kent Police: FOI Internal Review FOI/01299/22 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com)
My response is to challenge Kent Police into issuing proceedings in a criminal court given that all proactive litigations that I undertook to bring these criminals to justice failed in my litigations and private prosecutions:

Dear Sirs
1. I have received information from one of your staff, Alan Muggridge, and I quote: 'I have read additional correspondence you have sent to us which contains abusive and aggressive language along with threats to police officers, named members of staff within the Public Disclosure Team, and members of the public outside of Kent Police. This behaviour cannot be overlooked, and I am compelled to direct your attention to ICO guidance when considering a request as vexatious: In some cases it will be easy to recognise that a request is vexatious. For example, the tone or content of the request might be so objectionable that it would be unreasonable to expect your authority to tolerate it, no matter how legitimate the purpose of the requester or substantial the value of the requested information. Such as where threats have been made against employees, or offensive language used. We do not expect you to make allowances for the value or purpose of the request under these kinds of circumstances. .....This abusive and aggressive behaviour will be taken into consideration should you choose to submit any further requests to Kent Police, in line with Section 14(1) Vexatious requests.'
2. I consider these scurrilous remarks totally obnoxiously defamatory in content and dispute every single sentiment express. I intend to deal with this matter as a Hate Crime by Kent Police on me in the continuing manner that it has dealt with me over 5-6 years, and so would need evidence of the additional correspondence that are referred to by Mr Muggridge that has led him to draw these conclusions.
3. Please acknowledge receipt of this email immediately for legal action may follow if an apology is not received by me.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
