Dear Sirs
I should also have brought this matter for your consideration and comments as appropriate: PETITION (REVISED CONSTITUTION IN THE UNITED KINGDOM).pdf.
The matter is most urgent as I intend to apply for a Public Enquiry over what I have experienced during the past 26 years of living in the United Kingdom.
Yours sincerely

PETITION FOR A REVISED CONSTITUTION IN THE UNITED KINGDOM
Draft: 07.55 am 25 August 2024
On 24 August 2024, thirty-five national and international institutions and personnel were sent the following tentative Petition for comments as was required for preliminary assessment https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/petition-to-the-house-of-commons-petition-committee. The essence of the Petition is as follows:
1. I write having this evening come to the end of my search for justice within the United Kingdom (and beyond) to formally offer the institutions concerned and to whom this email is being sent the opportunity (and indeed the need of the hour) to address the issues and comment on the correspondence below, before I finalise my Petition.
When I said that the United Kingdom State is functionally dead as a dodo and in need of revitalising, it needs wholescale changes to the Constitution. Courts are dysfunctional, Law Enforcement is dysfunctional, Regulatory authorities are dysfunctional, Parliament is dysfunctional and so on. I have all the evidence for this collected and narrated in my 232 eBooks that can be downloaded here: https://archive.org/details/@panigrahi491. So I am talking from experience of intensive investigations that I was led into by force of circumstances in trying to secure my £55,000 severance payment from the University of Greenwich in October 1998. For my sins I was further fined by having to pay £4170 to the Government as its costs for the litigation that became necessitated.
So the natural remedy was to do what was right and in the public interest as specified in the attached: https://www.theconservativelibertariansociety.com/blank.
2. Only one institution replied, namely Stripe, but on further discussion the petitioner saw that the ball had been kicked into the long grass with the following correspondence taking place:
Thanks for reaching out and for sending that additional context over to me. I understand you have concerns regarding your account. Allow me to give some information about this.
For a bit of context, we are required to follow strict guidelines on the types of businesses we can and can't support. We're unable to work with any business that we believe poses elevated financial risk, legal liability, or violates our own policies; in this case, after a thorough review of your account, we have determined that your business falls within these categories.
That said and upon reviewing your account, we’re very sorry, but as previously stated, your business falls under our list of Restricted Businesses and Activities in our Services Agreement:
These regulations are firm, and I’m afraid we don’t have flexibility with them. We wish you the best of luck with your business.
In case you have any additional clarification about this email, please feel free to let me know. I’d be glad to help.
The Petitioner replied to Stripe:
You have not only breached the contract that was entered into with JOIN IT which only has Stripe that conducts its payment-banking system with, you are passing a moral and political judgment on Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited that verges on religious persecution of the Founder of TCLP-UK. This is evident from the fact that I have repeatedly asked you what kind of accreditation certificate you require, is it from the Electoral Commission, the Charity Commission, Companies House, HMRC, the House of Commons, the Prime Minister, or His Majesty King Charles in person, and you have declined to answer the question after specifying the need.
Accordingly, you have to produce a detailed analysis of the financial risk our Company poses to Stripe, legal liability or your own policies to prove that you your action is not racially and religiously motivated.
3. Because there are no effective Regulators or Courts, these business institutions are a law to themselves perpetrating havoc in society. This is what the petition seeks to rectify.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION COMMUNICATION WITH THE EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL Thank you for your email which has been safely received by the Employment Tribunal. Please do not call us for further confirmation of receipt. This will allow us to deal with your correspondence more efficiently. Always send correspondence by email unless it is not possible for you to do so. We will deal with all queries as soon as possible. Repeat calls or emails on the same matter may interrupt the administrative process. When sending any correspondence to the tribunal (except when making a request for a witness to give evidence at a hearing), you must also send a copy to all other parties. Your communication may not be considered until you have taken this step, so please make it clear that you have done this in your correspondence or explain why you have not done so.
Please note that new claims (ET1 form) cannot be accepted by email. The quickest and easiest way to send us a claim form is by using our online submission service which you can access here: https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunals. Any response forms (ET3) will need to be checked by a judge before they are accepted. This reply is only confirmation of receipt. The administrative staff of HMCTS working for the Employment Tribunals continue to do so under great pressure. It will greatly assist efficient administration if parties only write to the Employment Tribunals when they need to do so, such as to make an application requiring judicial attention. Correspondence between the parties that is needlessly copied to the tribunal office will not be placed on file or receive a response.
You can find various documents (such as Presidential Guidance) which are relevant to how Employment Tribunals deal with particular types of cases and the various ways in which hearings may take place at https://www.judiciary.uk/publications/employment-rules-and-legislation-practice-directions/
For general enquiries on the process or information on how Employment Tribunals operate, guidance can be found at www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment. For information on the services provided by ACAS, please visit their website at www.acas.org.uk or call their helpline on 0300 123 1100. For information on how HMCTS uses personal data about you please see www.gov.uk/government/organisations/hm-courts-and-tribunals-service/about/personal-information-charter.
