Dear Sirs

In view of the gross injustices that I have suffered over the past 26 years from listed agencies of the State that leads me at this moment to consider that the Monarchy has been overwhelmingly if not wholly responsible for my persecution; and the Constitution of the United Kingdom therefore needs Amendment immediately.

I wish to give all of you a final opportunity to justify your responses to my hundreds of emailed communications during this time without any just outcome for me, in preparation of the attached Petition that I am preparing for when the House of Commons petition website opens soon after the 4th of July General Election.

Yours sincerely

PETITION TO THE HOUSE OF COMMONS

AMENDED CONSTITUTION  FOR A CULTURAL MONARCHY IN THE UNITED KINGDOM

(Working Draft: 16.39 pm (UK-Time) 28 June 2024

This Petition draws upon the proceedings of the petitioner in respect of his litigation Claim E35YM660 at the Central London County Court which failed to reach a conclusion implying that the Monarch played a significant role in the State’s discharge of the injustices suffered over 26 years by the Claimant, that is summarised as follows:

There was no progress in the matter of the representation of the people in Parliament with the Reform UK party, the Labour Party, the Liberal Democrats Party and the Conservative and Unionist Party especially giving him no reason that It would not accept the petitioner as a member to accommodate his policies and concerns in Parliament.

The Petitioner then tried his utmost to establish my own credentials to set up a Political Party as  TCLP-UK so that he could stand as an independent candidate to have his voice on the injustices he suffered heard in Parliament. The formation of TCLP-UK was also thwarted by the State authorities operating in secrecy to the Monarch’s wishes.

That left the Claimant with the question of damages and compensation of £150 million that he asked for to be awarded to him from the Treasury of the United Kingdom for the police brutality, MI5/MI6 engineered trolling through criminal anonymous email sent to him and his associates within the United Kingdom and overseas; persecution for his religion of Vishista Advaita, victimisation for pursuing the University of Greenwich for his £55,000 severance pay withheld from 1998; and systematic obstruction of justice by court officials (District Judge Lightman having unjustly awarded £4170 in costs to the cabinet office on 21 June2021); and the Police acting in State’s vengeance against the author by unnecessarily arresting him 6 times on framed accusations of malicious communications and stalking that were alleged against him, and finally, the enforced sectioning of the petitioner in mental hospitals in 2004 and 2008 for no justifiable reason whatsoever as he always has been a law-abiding citizen.

The author tried set up a website in Wordpress to highlight his suffering into the Court of Public Opinion for all along he was defamed in addition to being rendered from riches to rags. The State authorities started a campaign of depriving him of his freedom of expression, and got the website suspended. The same thing happened with Lulu Publishing. So the author created numerous websites under Wix and Bravenet but these were subjected to incessant attacks to get the contents wiped out from the public record. The author also wrote 208 eBooks published by establishing his own company which the State authorities attempted all kinds of means to disrupt and render ineffective.

An unwritten Constitution enables such widespread and sustained corruption of the Judicial and Law Enforcement System as well as the Regulatory institutions of the State to overlook the State authority in the Monarchy’s crimes against an individual. The Petitioner hereby petitions for a Written Constitution with a Cultural Monarchy as a limited Republic for the United Kingdom.

Thank you for contacting the Financial Ombudsman Service, we are a free service set up to resolve disputes with financial businesses, like banks or insurance companies.

We’re helping a lot of customers at the moment, so I’m sorry we won’t be able to reply straight away.

If you’re contacting us about a new complaint

You can find out more about the things we can help with on our website – where you can also use our complaint checker tool to see if your complaint is one we can look at.

If we can help, we will get back to you within 7 days.  Due to the volume of enquiries we receive, we are only able to reply to those customers we can help.

If you already have a complaint with us

We’ll contact you once your complaint is with a case-handler.

However, if you’re experiencing serious financial or health problems, or need to speak to someone urgently, please call us on 0800 023 4567.

If we are not able to help you

Legal Ombudsman

Thank you for your email

We are currently dealing with a high volume of enquiries.

If you already have a case with us, we will add your email to the file. A colleague will be in touch with you just as soon as they review your email.

If you are contacting us for the first time about a complaint, please be aware that it may take around 12 weeks before you hear from us, and at that stage, we may need to ask you for more information. We thank you for your patience and would like to reassure you that our teams are working very hard to review and respond to your email as quickly as possible.

Once we have confirmed that we have all the information we need, we will write to you to let you know that we have passed your case for formal assessment by an investigator.

Please be aware that there is a considerable wait for a case to be assessed by an investigator, which varies depending on the complexity of the case. More information about the wait times will be included in the letter we send to you at the time the case is added to a queue and can also be found on our website.

If you have concerns about the wait times and feel they may detrimentally impact on you or your case, for example, because of a financial hardship or serious health concern, please let us know.

Have you complained to your service provider?

We can only investigate a complaint once the service provider has had the chance to investigate it and respond. This means you need to make a formal complaint to them first. You can find further information on our website about how to complain to your service provider, including a template complaint letter.

How to complain to us

If you have already complained to your service provider and have not received a satisfactory response, then we might be able to help. The easiest way to check if we can help you is to use our complaint checker tool on our website. Alternatively, you can send us a completed complaint form, which is available to download from our website.

We will need your completed complaint form, along with a copy of your complaint to the service provider and copies of any responses you have received from them. Please only send us copies and not original documents.

You should be aware that we are also unable to accept documents from an online document storage facility such as Dropbox.

Do not send us any other information until we request it.

If you need to write to us, our address is:

Legal Ombudsman

PO Box 6167

SLOUGH

SL1 0EH

Our telephone number is 0300 555 0333. We are open from 9am to 4pm from Monday to Friday. Calls may be recorded and used for training and monitoring purposes.

Have we let you know we have passed your case for assessment?

If we have already let you know your case is awaiting assessment by an investigator, you do not need to do anything further at this stage. An investigator will contact you when they start working on the complaint.  Please note that you may be waiting a considerable time before your case will be passed to an investigator. The letter we have sent to you should provide you with more specific information about these timescales. We also aim update you every three months.

Supporting you in making a complaint

You can find out more about how we work and how we can help you by visiting our website (www.legalombudsman.org.uk). Here you will find a copy of our complaint form and information about how to complain, along with useful factsheets.

We are committed to making sure the way we work does not put you at a disadvantage so in addition to our legal duty to provide reasonable adjustments for disabled people, if you need any help or support, please tell us about it and we will do our best to meet your needs.  We also understand that your circumstances might change, along with the support that you need, so please let us know at any time and we will consider your request.

If you are requesting personal data under Freedom of Information or the Environmental Information Regulations or would like a copy of personal data under Data Protection please email infosec@legalombudsman.org.uk
