North Kent Magistrates Court
I was expecting the Duty Judge at the Central London County Court to make his assessment of proceedings on my Claim E35YM660 known to me so that I could have this judgment to submit to the Magistrates when the Retrial of my Conviction and Sentencing is announced by the Court; as linked here: https://www.thelibertariandemocrats.com/forum/diary-of-the-author/5-may-2024-05-55-am-uk-time but no such communication was received by me from the Duty Judge.
In the meantime, it would appear that all outstanding issues with Internet Archive have now been resolved with the payment my me on donation of $10 as your Honour will note from the attached communication: FrBrewsterKahle(Internet Archive) DonationEtc)4May2024.docx; FrInternetArchive(Donation Receipt Thank you)5May2024.docx.
Please let me know the state of the Appeal progression at North Kent Magistrates Court.
Yours sincerely

Hello Dr. Shantanu,
Thank you for reaching out here.
We understand your concern. As a non-profit, we are funded by the generous support of our patrons. Our donation reminder emails and banners are crucial to our fundraising efforts.
Patrons who have made a donation within the past 90 days are automatically unsubscribed from donation reminder emails. Unfortunately, we cannot manually unsubscribe patrons from donation reminders only. However, if you would like to unsubscribe from all future mailings, please let me know here or click on the "unsubscribe from this list" hyperlink at the bottom of the email you received.
We hope you have a lovely rest of your day and thank you again for reaching out.
Warm regards,
The Internet Archive Team

Dear Sirs
I gave you a written warning and you persisted in sending me emails to try and lure me into publishing materials in your websites which should not be in the public domain, which is the reason these are now hidden as here https://www.theallurementofrealityinreview.com/shop Further you know only too well that I only ever could spare a couple of £5 donations as I am a pensioner, so I consider it a criminal action on your part to send such materials to me: What is your reply to this?
Yours sincerely

Dear Shantanu,

We build and maintain all of our systems, providing dependable resources without interference from external corporations. As a result, the public texts, movies, audio, images, and more within our 145+ unique petabytes of data require us to expand our infrastructure—but system improvements are expensive.
The cost of keeping our systems up and running, and ensuring tens of millions of users can continue to access the Internet Archive, is daunting even on good days. The Internet Archive has long been an indispensable resource for researchers, students, journalists, and curious citizens everywhere, and we want to continue to ensure access to the resources needed—powered by the donations of generous individuals like yourself.
The Internet Archive has always provided our resources at no cost for everyone, everywhere—without charging for access, selling user data, or running ads. Instead, we rely on donations that average $30 to keep our systems running.
If you find our services useful, please consider renewing or increasing your donation to help us build the web we deserve. We understand if you can't afford to contribute, but I promise it will be well spent if you can. Together, we can continue advancing Universal Access to All Knowledge.
Thank you for joining me.

Dear Shantanu,
We so appreciate your May 4, 2024 donation of $10.00 USD to the Internet Archive.
Your support ensures that students have access to books, teachers have access to resources, scholars have access to research, and that everyone has access to the web’s memory.
We hope you stay engaged with the Internet Archive! One great way is to subscribe to our monthly newsletter, where you can keep up to date with the latest Archive news and explore hidden gems inside our vast collections. Visit archive.org/subscribe to sign up.
Do you work for a company that matches employee contributions? You can make your generosity go even farther! Visit blog.archive.org/matching-gifts to search for your employer’s corporate matching program and multiply your gift’s impact.
Last but not least, the simplest way to support us is by using the Archive and spreading the word to your friends and family. Since we’re a small team and we don’t run ads, word of mouth is one of our most powerful tools for building the library of the future.
Thank you again for your kind support. Together, we are ensuring Universal Access To All Knowledge.
With much gratitude,
The Internet Archive Team
