1. Thank you for the clarification.
2. The urgency of the Petition cannot be overstated in light of the prevarications, delays, the obstruction of justice perpetrated in a concerted manner as attached to which there have been no acknowledgement of receipt let alone a considered response to me:

(c) Particulars of Damages and Compensation J00ME572 at Medway County Court Dr Shantanu Panigrahi vs Kent Police.pdf
3. On a minor point: aside from Andrew Brown and Chrisopher Wood, I have not received notification of the signing of the Petition from the 3rd person that you mention. Please let me know the name of this person so that I do not approach him or her again to sign it.
Yours sincerely

Dear Dr Panigrahi,
Thank you for contacting us.
I have checked your petition, and currently there are only 3 signatures recorded.
You need to have a minimum of 5 in order for your petition to enter the queue to be checked.
The supporter that you mention has not signed the petition – according to our records – and that is why you did not receive the usual notification.
I hope this has clarified the situation for you.

Dear Sir/Madam
I write with concern on two counts, the first is that I am told by one of my supporters to the Petition, Daneswari Kundeti, that she has signed the Petition attached here for your reference (FrPetitionsCommitteeHOC(Action required on Petition for a Written Constitution in the United Kingdom)4Nov2024), but I did not receive a notification from you that this is factually correct in the same way as Andrew Brown's and Christopher Wood's signatures had sent me notifications. I know that I have been terrorised by a gang of Cyber lunatics to disrupt my emailing facilities for several years in order to annoy me and try and stifle the progress of the petition for a Written Constitution for the United KIngdom as you will note below which is a trap set for me to respond to on the website by way of a reply to cause me legal difficulties for any response could and would be interpreted as if I wanted a revolution in the United Kingdom which cannot be further from the truth. The Party that I lead, The Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom (TCLP-UK) merely wishes for clarity in the governance of the nation so that people get better informed of what to expect from the State and what the State expects from the citizen.
Above all we as TCLP-UK wish to be recognised as an Establishment political party that can enter into democratic activities such as campaigning for election into the House of Commons and into the Councils up and down the country. Submission of the Petition comes within that scope.
Please let me know whether there have been any further signatures to the Petition as I had asked about 40 of my connections in LinkedIn and elsewhere to consider signing it but none would reply to me which aroused suspicion that they were being manipulated by some hidden powers of the State from corresponding with me on the matter. If this was proven it would bring Parliament in disarray for I would not get the requisite 5 signatures to have it published in the first instance.
I should be grateful for your response.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Update:
At 19.54 pm a PayPal email came into the Yahoo account: after some thought decided to delete it for this matter will have to be channelled to defend myself in a criminal court that the State is still trying to direct matters towards. I cannot engage with any of the State’s institutions, or solicitors as I must retain the 10 November 2023 2.00 pm Trial to work towards for it has come in an email and has not been superceded by any other clarifications. I am just waiting for the CVP details to be sent to me as I had requested. A Court decision will seal the revolution.

I am confused. I thought Katrina Sale affair together with VOPA litigation under Claim E35YM660 of the Central London County Court has entered Summary Judgment following the adjourned Hearing of 20 January 2023 in my favour against former Conservative Prime Ministers. But the Circuit Judge has forgiven the Defendants.

Dear Sirs
I have yet to see any evidence that the Financial Ombudsman is dealing with my complaints as a single complaint coalescing the Banks listed in this Press Release as the evidence of a conspiracy between the six Banks and the Ombudsman is now without any shadow of doubt real: https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/press-release-concerning-the-financial-ombudsman-service

Thank you for contacting the Financial Ombudsman Service, we are a free service set up to resolve disputes with financial businesses, like banks or insurance companies.
We’re helping a lot of customers at the moment, so I’m sorry we won’t be able to reply straight away.
If you’re contacting us about a new complaint
You can find out more about the things we can help with on our website – where you can also use our complaint checker tool to see if your complaint is one we can look at.
If we can help, we will get back to you within 7 days. Due to the volume of enquiries we receive, we are only able to reply to those customers we can help.
If you already have a complaint with us
We’ll contact you once your complaint is with a case-handler.
However, if you’re experiencing serious financial or health problems, or need to speak to someone urgently, please call us on 0800 023 4567.
If we are not able to help you
We can only look at complaints about financial businesses (like banks, insurance companies and finance firms). We can’t help with other complaints – for example, about phone and utility companies, council tax or legal services. Please look at our website for more information about other organisations that may be able to help – but they are completely separate from the Financial Ombudsman Service
And just to remind you again, if we can help, we will get back to you within 7 days.
Thanks,
Financial Ombudsman Service
