Dear Sr/Madam

I am sorry, I should have copied this email to the Queens Bench High Court and the Administrative Court in respect of CLAIM CO/1680/2002.

It is ridiculous that in this day and age in what one believes is the most civilised country in the world with the resources to match that a person has to go through 25 years to clear his good name and secure what is just materially as the £55,000 severance payment that any Judge anywhere on Earth would see as well justified; and instead of dealing with the Claim despite the petition to Her Majesty the former Head of State (may her soul rest in peace) the person gets victimised and persecuted for seeking truth and justice, to the point that he is rendered from a life of riches to poverty, and suggested that he should pack his bags and go back where he came from.

I came to the United Kingdom because my father assured me that the British sense of justice and fair-play was unbeatable and so no matter how long that takes, I will stick to his advice to me and never ever leave this country with my tail in between my legs as a coward. As the late Margaret Thatcher once said, I fight on, I fight to win.

I may have religious allegiances but I am a human being with a family to support and all the employment opportunities that have been denied to me since I was wrongfully dismissed from my cherished scientific career at the University of Greenwich makes me even more determined to stick to my guns and do the best I can to resolve the problem that I am faced with.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
