1. Since there is an ongoing dispute with Stripe with regard to the payment processing of monies paid into our Company Account at Stripe by potential members of the party and the injunction process has not been announced yet by the High Court, if it will in due course that is, I cannot at this stage work out if there is to be a formal Hearing at this Court to assess the information that you require for the funding of the TCLP-UK through Sponsorship Finance arrangements.
2. Please bear with me while I obtain the evidence of a deliberate sabotage of the Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited, amongst innumerable other persecutors, by the Legal Ombudsman, Kent Police and the Circuit Judge at the County Court of Central London that has led to Stripe also withdrawing its support to my Company.

This matter is being monitored inter alia by the High Court in the Royal Courts of Justice to check on the legality of the Framework under which our Company operates, as linked here: https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/e35ym660-case-progression. The Case Number at the Kings Bench Division of the High Court is HQ17X01773. The due process will require an injunction to prevent Stripe from closing down our Account ID: acct_1PQxHSIopJw2Dc06.
4. Our most important task at present is to secure 10-15 Members of TCLP-UK to complete our registration of the party with the Electoral Commission to then begin the process of contesting elections.
