Dear Kaira

I would like to keep in contact with you to assist me with improving the websites after the Legal Ombudsman has determined the matter as attached: ToLegalOmbudsman(OlivesSolicitorsComplaintConspiracyKentPolice)1Aug2023.docx.

This is a highly complex matter in that the jurisdiction of the Court of Central London under my Claim E35YM660, appealed to the Court of Appeal under CA-2023-000750, and subsequently appealed to the Supreme Court that has yet to acknowledge the correspondence is unclear when there are criminal cases pending consideration at North Kent Magistrates Court sitting at Medway Magistrates Court. The full remit of the proceedings at this latter court is unclear to me because Kent Police has not informed me directly if I have been charged with any offences of malicious communications and stalking that it was investigating me for as a suspect, and it may be that they are playing tactical games to throw this into the 10 November 2023 2 pm Trial Hearing of mine for a Speeding Offence to piggy-back on to save their blushes for the deliberate Hate Crime that the Security Services have perpetrated on me.

So while this charade goes on, I cannot take advantage of your offer to improve the websites. The Legal Ombudsman should let me know today whether it is investigating Olives Solicitors or whether it too is part of the State-organised conspiracy to defraud me of millions of pounds in damages and compensation for the 26 years of victimisation, terrorism, persecution, obstruction of justice and perverting the course of justice for taking trying to get my £55,000 redundancy pay from the University of Greenwich from 1998.

The operations of the State are highly secretive and within that secrecy one needs to ascertain the reality that confronts an individual when his or her liberty is at stake. The Constitution has to be clarified by the Supreme Court and until that happens I will not attend the Trial Hearing of 10 November 2023, 2 pm as a Defendant to the attached summons referral to court: LetterfromNKMCHearingTrial10Nov2023_2pm.pdf, having seen the depth of the conspiracy that involves Courts as well as institutions elsewhere against me.

Yours sincerely

Dear Legal Ombudsman

I am fed up to the back teeth now with Olives Solicitors who have clearly conspired with Kent Police as a criminal anonymous Spam call came into my Mobile phone ten minutes after I offered them a very lucrative financial offer that you can see below.

So if you have been in contact with Olives Solicitors about my complaint on their services it has not achieved anything for me.

If I do not receive a reply from you within 24 hours I will be left in no doubt that the Legal Ombudsman is also part of this conspiracy against me to pervert the course of justice.

Yours sincerely

Dear Olives Solicitors

I was being harassed by emails and so as not to bog you down with more work tried to deal with these directly without being aware of Constitutional law but the Courts and Kent Police are not responding.

You best take over the negotiations on the £4 million that I have demanded for damages and compensation. If Kent Police accede 25 percent will be for Olives Solicitors for all the aggravation caused as pig in the middle.

Yours sincerely
