Dear Stripe
Is there any update on this from the Court of Appeal on this Saturday morning? - I do not play games. There are very serious matters involved in this litigation which the Financial Ombudsman too has failed to address, and so all 6 Banks who were engaged by the Monarchical Establishment to torture me through various means are going scot-free. I have had nothing but email/paper shuffling by these Banks over those years, most lately from Santander Bank yesterday.
The Financial Ombudsman knows as does the Court of Appeal that nothing short of £500 million in damages and compensation would satisfy me in my quest for material justice.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Dear Stripe
Rightly or wrongly I was complaining that Stripe Payments Limited Ltd had terrorised me to sabotage The Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited for a period of 9 months from July 2024 to March 2025 partly in collaboration with JOIN It Company before my complaints to the Financial Ombudsman and the publishing of this seeming terror on me seemed to have facilitated the existence of my two Stripe Accounts for JOIN IT and BRILLIANT DIRECTORIES; so this is some compensation now that the red herring of Charity Registration has been disposed off (FrStripe(Duplicitous &DeceitfulPrevarication with no substance email)28Dec2024.docx attached).
The following correspondence has did not also receive an explanation of Stripe Contact Support Dispute Deposition of 30 December 2024.docx to exacerbate my suspicions about Stripe working in collusion with the Monarchial State Establishment.
As you can see from the attached email ToFinancial Ombudsman (It is now or never_JurisdictionSubliminalorJudicial)2Apr2025.docx
I hope to receive some clarification from Stripe as to the way this Dispute should proceed.
Yours sincerely
Dr Shantanu Panigrahi

Dear Dr Panigrahi
The Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited's complaint about Stripe Payments UK Limited
Thanks for getting in touch with the Financial Ombudsman Service. We’ve set up a case for you – the reference number is PNX-5264338-J6D2. Please use this number whenever you contact us.
Before we can get involved, Stripe Payments UK Limited needs a chance to give you an answer on your complaint.
We can only look into complaints where you've received a final response letter from the business you're complaining about, or where the business hasn't responded within our time limits. If you submit a complaint to us before this, we won't be able to get involved and it will take us a lot longer to progress your complaint.
What you'll need to do
You should complain directly to Stripe Payments UK Limited, explaining what the problem is, and how you'd like them to put things right.
If you’ve already complained to Stripe Payments UK Limited, in most cases they have up to eight weeks, to look into your complaint and issue their final response, depending on what you're complaining about. You should keep a record of when you complain to them, and any other correspondence or conversations.
In the meantime, you can find out more about how to complain on our website.
When you've heard back from the business – or eight weeks have passed from the date you first complained – if you remain unhappy, get back in touch using our online form or call us on 0800 023 4567 and we'll let you know how we can help.
We won’t take the complaint any further at this stage.
Kind regards
