Please could you authenticate the assumptions that I have made in the attached link in order to bring a closure to the matter of Kent Police's investigation of my conduct over the past decade, and especially if I am required to pay a fine for the Speeding prosecution that I have not contested for 5 October 2022 but had opted for the Speed Awareness Course as the penalty/solution: Exoneration and Resolution by the Attorney General of the United Kingdom (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/exoneration-and-resolution-by-the-attorney-general-of-the-united-kingdom My Speed Awareness Course is currently booked for 11 January 2023 so that the matter is very urgent.
The implication of Your Honour's intervention into this matter is that the Police Forces up and down the country are effectively subject to the supervision of the Attorney General when the intervention has taken place into Civil and Criminal Court proceedings, as in my case.
The Liberal Democrats have not replied to the following email so that I have no choice but to terminate my membership of the Party based upon your adjudication.

In recent weeks I had been engaged in diverse yet interrelated legal matters, which brought into question uncertainties as to whether I was a member of the Liberal Democrats still or wanted to be and with one thing or another it was mired in confusion. I had written to Anna Tarrant cancelling my participation in the SE Liberal Democrat Conference and AGM attached: FrAnnaTarrantLibDem(ConferenceZoomInfo)6Nov2022.docx, and requesting that I did not wish to receive any communication from the Liberal Democrats due to certain dissatisfaction with the staus quo.
These matter have now been resolved to my satisfaction and I am pleased to be able to respond to your email except to say that I had already voted in the Elections on the last email that you had sent out.
By copy of this email to membership, Anna Tarrant, Lynne Ibeji, j castle and Paul Farthing, I wish to reassure the Liberal Democrats that I am available to continue with my association with the Party as a Member unless the Party has cancelled my membership already. If I am still a member, I wish to reinstate my participation in the SE Conference and AGM on the 19th of November and continue with my local Medway Liberal Democrats Membership for which Lynn Ibeji should send me the AGM details for Medway.
