Running Commentary on Legal Proceedings (Claim E35YM660) Central London County Court

In reference to the following proceedings in the Medical aspects of this case: APPOINTMENT URGENTLY REQUIRED AT BRITTON HOUSE FOR MEDICATION REVIEW (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com)

I waited until 10.30 am for a reply from KMPT PALS or a phone call from Britton House or Long Catlis Road Surgery but nothing happened. So I telephoned Britton House and spoke to the receptionist; gave my name and date of birth. I am a patient of yours I said. She looked it up on the computer. I said that I had sent an email to KMPT PALS this morning because I was in a lot of distress. She asked if I wished to be discharged. I said No I was expecting a letter in the post from Britton House but have not received it as yet. She said your medication review is on 6 March 2023 at 10.45 am. I asked if it could not be brought forward. She said No that is the earliest possible date. I said OK Thank you. The Call ended.

At 2.30 pm, the postman delivered a single letter to the house and it was for me from Britton House, marked ‘FIRST CLASS’ and franked 09-02-23. The letter had arrived having obviously being hoarded at Britton House and backdated to make it unrelated to the email that I had sent KMPT PALS this morning. The contents of the letter was dated 25 January 2023.

The document that came from Britton House is as attached: LetterfromBrittonHouse25Jan_10Feb2023.pdf.
