Dear Attorney General

With the greatest of respects, having seen no replies from any of the recipients of the email that you have sent this automatic acknowledgment to, I do not believe that it is a fair and just settlement of the dispute one iota. I must have full written reasons for why my claim for £200 million in damages and compensation faced a blank wall of silence from the two courts (Medway County Court and the Central London County Court for J00ME572 and E35YM660 respectively) before this matter progresses further. The Injunction against Kent Police was deliberately thwarted in 2022 by Medway County Court allowing what was a contempt of court action undertaken by Kent Police in arresting me 6 times since, when I had paid £332 as Court Fee to HMCTS for the Injunction and Money Claims combined Claim Form. Similarly, it beggars belief that the Hearing of 20 January 2023 10 am at the Central London County Court could have been kept under adjournment for 20 months without an explanation to the Claimant -see CenLonCtyCrtNOTICEOFHEARINGOFAPPLICATION.pdf, for which £100 was paid by the Claimant as Court Fee. Further I was inundated by Spamming telephone calls both to my Mobile Phone and to our BT Land line all through the period of the progression of the Case at the Courts concerned, which taken together with the obstruction of justice could only have taken place when a higher power nobbled the Court officials at the junior and Judicial levels. I have named this higher power the Constitutional Monarchy, for I have no evidence that the Monarchs (Queen Elizabeth, and then King Charles) personally ordered the suspension of the criminal and civil proceedings initiated by me at East Kent Magistrates Court, North Kent Magistrates Court and Maidstone Crown Court.

Dear Attorney General, I understand that in addition to your other remits the Attorney General is the government's legal advisor, and it is in this capacity I have approached you to intervene in this matter, to determine who was the overall person or the institution of the State that manipulated all my civil and criminal proceedings at the Employment Tribunal 25 years ago, and the level of Master Eastman at Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court under Claim Number HQ17X01773, and all ME010463/ME002953 at Medway County Court, and CO/1620/2002 at the Administrative Court of the High Court with reference to my Petition to the Late Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth.

It is a significant fact that in all of the past 26 years of litigations that I undertook I was never allowed a Hearing on my terms, so the processes were deliberately obstructed against me.

The fictitious organisation of Victims of Panigrahi Association (VOPA) is another factor that needs to be taken into account in your investigation of the circumstances of this epic struggle that I have had to suffer through in trying to clear the defamatory statement from the University Greenwich that I had been blameworthy of gross misconduct against colleagues and senior management at the Natural Resources Institute when the facts show that I had been targeted by VOPA as long ago as 1998 to force me out of the country or put me into a mental institution for the passive resistance that I had maintained against the culprits who destroyed my scientific career after 18 glorious years and that too without the payment of my severance payment of £55,000.

The Case E35YM660 is a legitimate case that the Prime Minister has got to answer and the reason he has been shielded is that the Constitutional Monarch was pulling the strings of proceedings all along.

Yours sincerely
