In the meantime I am dealing with obnoxious terrorism in the only way I can as I find the Kent Police is none-the-wiser about its adherence to Law Enforceable aspects of the Constitution.

Dear Financial Ombudsman


1. In my email to you of 2 April 7.06 am as attached ( ToFinancialOmbudsman(It Is Now or Never_JurisdictionSublimilalorJudicial)02Apr2025.docx), I had asked you to clarify the procedures in terms of the Constitution of the United Kingdom through which the Financial Ombudsman entertains complaints against Banks from citizens and as you are aware I have complaints against 6 Banks that are outstanding in terms of assessment that you are required to make, not this one unspecified Bank institution. You have seemingly conveniently ignored the issues that I raised before the micro-level investigations can take place; and similarly the Courts of the United Kingdom have also conveniently to play a role in the cover-up not responded to my representations as attached:

2. My question to the Financial Ombudsman is right now: how long are you all going to keep the people of the United Kingdom in the hell of darkness on how the Constitution functions? Specifically, who has the powers to order these 6 Banks to pay me the £500 million in damages and compensation for the 26 years of police brutality in terms of pointless 6 arrests of myself, incarceration in mental hospitals twice, victimisation by depriving me and my family of my severance pay from the University of Greenwich, MI5/MI6 engineered terrorism in criminal anonymous emails sent to me my family and my associates and the terroristic spamming of our Landline Phone, my Mobile Phone, my websites, religious persecution for living to the norms of Hindu dharma, obstruction of justice by awarding £4170 in costs to the Defendant the Prime Minister through deliberate perverting of the Course of Justice; all taking place during the past 27 years?


3. If the Medway County Court, the Central London County Court and the Court of Appeal did not have jurisdiction to consider these matters, is it the case that the Financial Ombudsman then has this remit?

Your complaint

Thanks for getting in touch. We’ve set up a case for you – the reference number is PNX-5431495-M4N8. Please use this number whenever you contact us.

We are a free service set up to resolve disputes with financial businesses, like banks or insurance companies that are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We can’t help with other complaints – for example, about utility companies, council tax or legal services.

You can use our website, as well as our complaint checker tool to find more information about other organisations that may be able to help you - but they are completely separate from the Financial Ombudsman Service.

We’d like to look into what’s happened and see what we can do to help. We just need some details from you first.

What we need

Please fully complete each section of the included complaint form, sign the declaration, provide as much details as possible about what your complaint is about and send the form back to us – along with copies of anything else you think is important to your complaint, including full copies of all correspondence received from the business so that we may assess the correct action to be taken.

Please note that we would require the account holder or policy holders’ details to be provided as the complainant on the complaint form.

If you are representing the complainant, we would require you to complete the section ‘Representative information’ and arrange for the complainant to wet sign (sign with a pen) the declaration before sending the completed complaint form back to us.

I have attached a blank complaint form, please fully complete this for any additional complaints. You are required to register an official complaint against each business. Once you receive the final response letter from each business and you remain unhappy with the outcome, please get back in touch so that we can progress your complaints.

We would need to set up each complaint separately, once we receive your completed complaint form and final responses, we will provide you with a new reference number for each complaint.

We would like to make you aware that we can only look into complaints where you have received a final response letter from the business you are complaining about, or where the business hasn't responded within eight weeks of your official complaint being registered with them. If you submit a complaint to us before this, we won't be able to get involved and it will take us a lot longer to progress your complaint.

If you have evidence of your official complaint being registered with the business and you have received an acknowledgement from them, please send us copies of both these letters. If you sent your complaint to them via email, please could you forward the entire email on to us plus the email from the business acknowledging your complaint as we need to see the dates these were issued. Please note, if we review the document and deem it not to be evidence of raising a complaint, we may advise you to raise an official complaint with the business.

If you have received the final response letter from the business, please can you send us a full copy of that too. The final response letter will contain wording along the lines of: 'if you remain unhappy with our findings, you have six months from the date of our correspondence to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service...'. If you received this via email, please could you forward the entire email on to us as we need to see the date it was issued.

There’s no need to send us any original documents. Once we receive the requested information, we’ll be in touch about what happens next.
