I am writing in regard to the attached email from you of 17 June 2024. I am sorry to learn of the mental health issues which are referred to in your email and in the letter which you attached from Dr E. Uwuseba.
In your email, you claim that you are owed a “severance payment” from the University of Greenwich and you ask for the Vice-Chancellor to look at your case.
I understand that you were previously employed in the University’s Natural Resources
Institute and that your employment ceased in 1997. Due to the passage of time, the
University is unable consider any matter relating to your former employment and we will not enter into any correspondence with you about it. Any complaint or claim from you relating to your former employment is now significantly out of time.
I am aware that you have previously sent emails to University of Greenwich email addresses which staff have found to be offensive, disturbing and threatening. Please be advised that we will not hesitate to report further contacts from you to the police where we have concerns about the safety of our staff or our campuses.

During the time that I was seeking to clear my name of the charge that I had been
blameworthy of gross misconduct at the University of Greenwich both of you turned a blind eye to this injustice.
Since then I have attempted to make contact with the University of Greenwich through Archon Solicitors but they have blocked me from receiving emails concerning the severance payment of around £55,000 that I am still owed from the University.
The Duty Judge at the Central London County Court is unable to intervene in this matter, as you will note from the linked proceedings:
Ray, during my struggle to fight for justice you were seemingly representing the University in its attempts to get me to accept that I was mentally ill, which has proven to be the case. I have had a 'split mind' according to my psychotherapist Jill Jesson, and at one time I had persistent delusional disorder and later suffered from paranoid schizophrenia according to Dr Oranusi of Britton House, Gillingham, Kent ME8 0SL, as attached:

The point is that these mental disorders are not valid reasons to deny me the redundancy payment in the absence of any kind of disciplinary hearing to consider the charge of gross misconduct that was alleged that I had a right to participate in to put my side of the matter.
I would accordingly plead with you to request the Vice Chancellor of the University of
Greenwich to look again at this case and do the right thing.

I never ever sent anyone within the University of Greenwich in its campuses any emails that were offensive or threatening and would accordingly like you to apologise for the defamatory comments unless you can produce evidence in terms of the actual malicious emails that your staff received purporting to have been from me in person as the sender.
Secondly, since legal proceedings have been on-going continuously since 1998 against the University of Greenwich and its co-conspirators, the Claim for £55,000 is not 'significantly out of time'.
For the record, regardless of what the medical authorities of the National Health Service have written about me seconded by the diagnosis of a psychotherapist in Jill Jesson, I have no mental disorders and have repeatedly insisted that I am not only the sanest person alive today in the world, but the sanest who has ever walked on the face of the Earth. The manner in which I have been able to withstand State-organised persecution on me over the past 26 years proves that the obstacles and traps placed in my path to do something useful with my life after my scientific career was thrown into disarray that I am a Master escapologist.
My demand for damages and compensation of £150 million remains on the table but I am amenable to negotiations in this regard.

My Mentor and Coach, has asked me to read up Reboot Britain for a Petition on a Written Constitution that I am preparing for the House of Commons Petition Committee, especially since I was terrorised again this evening at 5.54 pm when my Mobile Phone rang from a Spam Caller dialling from 020 3475 8490.
I have been reading through the material for Peter and I to get together and I quote the following passage that I find most disconcerting, given the lack of a final Report from Kent Police on my Complaint CO/999/23 at the Professional Standards Department:

Given that Deform UK got 8000 votes from 41 000 in my area, I consider my 344 as being really good. Not content with stumbloing into the ballot box, some Deform UK acolytes conducted a knife attack on my bicycle tyres and ran keys down my car. As a result I have a bill of at least £500 to put these things right. I only do what my Mentor and Coach (Peter James Cook) advises me to do (see attached: FrPeterCook(ReadRebootMentoringCoachingAdvice)9Jul2024.docx because I am a mental patient of His Majesty King Charles III (under mental health medications in the morning and at night before going to bed) suffering for 26 years from paranoid schizophrenia, persistent delusional disorder and a split mind diagnosed by my psychotherapist Jill Jesson whose charges of £60 per Zoom Session were too exorbitant for me with my pensions income so I discontinued with her, and also I do not any longer get enough emotional support from the Samaritans.
I am reading Reboot Britain which will take me some time to digest as I was a Brexiteer once.
