Dear Santander

I have been informed by Kent Police that these matters are not for Kent Police to investigate as conspiracy to terrorise, victimise, persecute, obstruct Justice, and pervert the course of justice as Santander and other Banks and legal bodies have seemingly perpetrated against me is not a crime but a civil matter to be examined by the Central London County Court in Claim E35YM660 under a newly appointed judge. I am claiming £4 million in damages and compensation.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Yours sincerely

Dr Shantanu Panigrahi
