Administrative Court Office Case Progression

Tue, 13 Dec at 07:55

Dear OPCC

I accidentally deleted your email to me yesterday after getting the gist of what you had to say in that the work of the OPCC in regard to your assessment of my complaint to the Professional Standards Department of Kent Police had come to an end and that the only course left for me to seek justice was to access the judicial review of the matter in the Administrative Court of the United Kingdom:

In view of the non-acknowledgement by Kent Police of the linked correspondence: CLAIMS J00ME572 & E35YM660 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/claims-j00me572-e35ym660-1 and lack of settlement of the dispute within the time frame that I needed to draw this matter to a closure, I would seek a judicial review when this matter comes up in Court for in accordance with the seeming stipulation of the Attorney General that I am under some kind of Restraining Order such that all my emails to the Courts of the United Kingdom are filed with no action being taken on them. It explains why I did not receive a reply from the Judicial authorities to my email as linked here: CLAIMS J00ME572 & E35YM660 (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/claims-j00me572-e35ym660

I trust you would agree that this is the best way forward, unless in your estimation I am wrong with my assessment of the matter.

Yours sincerely
