Jill Jesson did not reply to my last text on WhatsApp so she is not accepting that she was taking instructions from the Monarch in writing to me that she would wait to hear from me about my next appointment with her for psychotherapy. Similarly, Stripe has not accepted that it was acting on behalf of the Monarch and his law of the nation that supersedes the Judiciary in Civil and Criminal Courts; instead copying its email to Medway County Court and the Central London County Court for whatever purpose it was supposed to be serving in the attached communication: FrStripeccMedCtyCrtCenLonCtyCrt(Proposal Examination)25Sep2024.docx Nothing came from the Courts of the United Kingdom whether Civil or Criminal so this matter is not over yet.   An email had come from Format Feed Formulation Software Company, that I deleted out of sight as not serving any purpose and similarly a circular came from British Gas that I also deleted out of sight.   Seeing that none of the last four greetings on LinkedIn got a reply, I stopped sending out further greetings and simply recorded the fact that those invitations got accepted. I have nothing left to gain from initiating conversations with anyone in Linkedin or elsewhere: I will only reply if someone contacts me with a question or query or makes some other kind of remark about me. So long as Stripe does not make a final decision on the Proposal made, I have to assume that all my work is done.

So the Constitutional Monarchy of the United Kingdom is happy that it maintains the system of an unwritten Constitution that enables it to do whatever it wishes to society in terms of the goods and services that it generates for the population; and since these were unacceptable to the Conservative Libertarian, I have found that the only truth-accommodational response was to create a democratic framework for the development of the nation towards a Cultural Republicanism. I did not sacrifice my principles and was proven to have exposed the unwritten Constitution with its shortcomings as for as an ideal society should be willing to expect from the government of the United Kingdom.   I will plod along, for since all my litigations and private prosecutions of Kent Police and the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom were blocked by the Constitutional Monarchy, I have a purpose to my existence going forward.   This is justice, for the reason also that I have not received a statement from Dr Oranusi the Consultant Psychiatrist that I am so mentally disordered as of 12 September 2024 that warrants frequent support from the Mental Health Services in writing that the next appointment with the Consultant Psychiatrist will be in 6 months time in light of the change in my state of mind. I have therefore proven that I am sane and had a lot of work that required doing which had given me symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia in years gone by and persistent delusional disorder before that. These were all due to the fact that the Constitutional Monarchy were operating the State in secrecy in terms of the institutions engaged in the disposal of my complaints of injustices suffered.   The injustices that I suffered were not seen by the Constitutional Monarchy as anything that it needed to be concerned about as seen from the lack of damages and compensation that I demanded for the way that I was subjected to police brutality, victimisation, religious persecution, trolling-terrorism, obstruction of justice and the deliberate perverting of the course of justice. So be it on this Friday the 20th of September 2024 at 19.05 pm.   I am therefore having understood the mechanisms of the State satisfied that justice has been done. We agree to disagree on how society should be organised. The Constitutional Monarchy is satisfied that I acted properly at all time having submitted my concerns every step of the way to the consideration of the State authorities in trying to fathom the reality of the constitution of the United Kingdom.   I ended my submissions with a clear vision of what I am intending to do next. No response has been received to the LinkedIn private messaging that I sent out between 17.16 pm and now, so I am not charged with any offences to the State of the United Kingdom.

On this Tuesday morning the 10th of September 2024, there is a quietness that belies the fact that a storm may be brewing. If the latter option is adopted, King Charles III would be obliged to consider abdicating the throne. The Crown would fall so either way we will have a transition period of Cultural Republicanism endorsed by the Courts whether through my litigation or in defence against any charges brought against me by the State authorities. I would look forward to that opportunity to clear my name 26 years since I was booted out of the University of Greenwich under the highly engineered disciplinary charges and that too without honoring my severance payment entitlement. Since then I was subjected to all kinds of torture, physical and mental by the State authorities for fighting for my rights in the Courts of the United Kingdom. All these truths will have to come out in a Court of law, so that it is not likely that the State authorities will go down that path. They may leave me alone, and if they do I will progress the work of TCLP-UK daily for it is not a proscribed organisation. The government would have to declare it to be a proscribed organisation and that would lead have to be judged by the County Court of Central London under my Claim proceedings E35YM660 and its Appeal in the Court of Appeal under CA-2023-000750. This is why yesterday I submitted a Case Progression communication to the Circuit Judge at the Central London County Court. There has been no immediate reply by email at least.

The 26 year-old assault on me went unpunished because it was perpetrated by the Constitutional Monarchy of the United Kingdom.
